Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains Episode 8

Coach and Jerri flipped to allow for Boston Rob to be voted out in Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains Episode 7.

Now we get to hear more about how great Russell is. Last season it was entertaining. This season it’s just getting old.

Coach complains that he did not want Boston Rob out. There was a simple solution: don’t vote against him (the cowardly move of voting for Courtney still counts as a vote against Rob). Jerri, who was the one of that pair to write Rob’s name down, says she misses Rob already.

The Heroes may have made a deal to go look for the idol together, but that doesn’t stop JT from going off on his own to search and find it. Amanda discovers him before he can move. Candice is right behind her. Since everybody will know anyway, he decides to show the rest of the tribe.

Treemail leads the Villains to assume they’re merging, to the extent that they pack up their camp and bring it with them. Are they really that desperate to move on?

The Heroes point out that it looks like the Villains have got an all girl alliance.

When Jeff greets them, he points out the very nice feast behind them. Before they move any further, he tells everybody to drop their… expectations. It’s not a merge. Both tribes have an opportunity to win this challenge (Survivor bowling). They win it, they eat. Sandra and Courtney sit out for the Villains. Probably not the smartest move if the immunity challenge is remotely physical, and Coach’s influence and desire to eat is likely to get the blame in hindsight. Parvati gets a gutter ball. Rupert scores 3. Parvati gets a second gutter ball. Heroes lead 1-0. JT knocks down 6. Danielle misses. JT stays at 6. Danielle’s gutter ball brings the Heroes to a 2-0 lead. Russell gets a gutter ball. Colby follows suit. Russell knocks over 5 pins. Colby hits just 1. Villains are behind 2-1. Coach hits 5. Amanda does the same. Coach hits 1 on his second roll. Amanda hits 2 to win reward.

The Heroes consider it a silly move to have gotten rid of Boston Rob, their best physical and mental competitor.

Jerri says that every single person on their tribe is an idiot. Oh, and voting Boston Rob out was stupid, and they’re screwed in an immunity challenge since they sat out Sandra and Courtney. As Jerri stands there whining, Sandra’s sitting right behind her, not clear why they’re blaming her for their loss.

Sandra decides she hates most of her tribe, and she suggests getting even with Coach. Russell’s the kind of person who will vote for someone who’s gunning for him. What if the rumor starts that Coach wants him out?

Russell eats this up pretty easily. He’s onboard with getting rid of Coach, which further would make it even easier for the Heroes to believe it’s a women’s alliance.

For the immunity challenge, they will be belted together in pairs, going through a muddy obstacle course to retrieve flags. Jerri and Danielle sit out for the Villains. Russell and Sandra go against Amanda and Candice. Amanda and Candice have the lead the whole time, which opens into a massive gap as the leg plays on. Heroes lead 1-0. Coach and Rupert go against each other in the one-on-one challenge. Coach is leading at the start, but Rupert passes him on the way back. In a footrace to the finish, Coach edges him out to tie it 1-1. In the final round, Parvati and Courtney go against JT and Colby. It’s pretty obvious what’s going to happen here. Heroes win immunity.

Danielle is upset. She doesn’t want people who can’t compete in challenges in the tribe. If she weren’t following Russell around like a lost puppy, she would have done something about that last week and gotten rid of Courtney instead of Boston Rob.

Coach kind of wants to vote out Russell, but he’d rather get rid of the weakest link, Courtney.

Russell would prefer to get rid of Coach. However, Danielle tries to get her point across to Russell that they should get rid of Courtney. He doesn’t want to hear a word of it and walks away.

Shortly thereafter, Russell says he’s changed his mind. Now he wants to vote out Courtney.

Jeff points out the result of voting out Tyson and Rob: the tribe has now lost 4 times in a row. They’re pretty much getting what they deserve. Whatever blame he may want to assign to Courtney, it’s not her fault. She didn’t vote them out.

American Idol Season 9 Episode 29

The top 9 performed in American Idol Season 9 Episode 28. Tonight one more will go home.

Siobhan Magnus goes to the center of the stage. Crystal Bowersox joins her. Katie Stevens joins them. Randy does not think any of them will be heading home. He is correct. They are all safe.

Lee DeWyze goes to the far side of the stage. Michael Lynche goes to the near side of the stage. Interesting because I’d have thought both of them are not in the bottom three. Casey James joins Lee. Aaron Kelly joins Mike. Tim Urban joins Lee and Casey. Andrew Garcia joins Mike and Aaron.

One group is safe. The other is the bottom three. Ellen guesses the group nearest to Seacrest. She is correct. That means that Tim Urban has finally escaped the bottom three.

Aaron Kelly returns to safety.

Of the remaining two, Andrew is safe. Michael Lynche is going to sing for his life. He’s the first boot pick with a prayer of being saved. By a unanimous decision, the judges have agreed to save him.

That means two people are going home next week.

American Idol Season 9 Episode 28

Didi Benami was sent packing last time. Tonight the top 9 perform songs from two of the four Beatles, John Lennon and Paul McCartney. Simon says certain songs shouldn’t be changed. Others they can. So basically they’re damned if they do and damned if they don’t.

Aaron Kelly
Song: The Long and Winding Road
Randy: Great voice, beautiful tone. Sleepy song with a bad arrangement.
Ellen: Felt like a long and winding song.
Kara: Good. Not great. Feeling like the same performance every week.
Simon: Very old fashioned. Very boring. Got to become young and relevant.

Katie Stevens
Song: Let It Be
Randy: Your best performance ever.
Ellen: Perfect example of changing it just enough to make it your own without disrespecting the song.
Kara: Never looked better and never sounded better.
Simon: Leaning in the direction which I’ve hinted at very strongly. That’s why you got it right.

Andrew Garcia
Song: Can’t Buy Me Love
Randy: Really solid performance. Sounded good, interesting arrangement, a little corny at times.
Ellen: Perfect song choice. A lot of fun.
Kara: Nothing new from you this week.
Simon: Band overpowered the whole arrangement. Corny, old fashioned, irrelevant.

Michael Lynche
Song: Eleanor Rigby
Randy: The parts that did work were great. Could be on the radio.
Ellen: Can do anything.
Kara: Fire. Amazing vocals.
Simon: The sort of thing you see and hear in musicals. Not contemporary at all. Too over the top.

Crystal Bowersox
Song: Come Together
Randy: Solid performance. Don’t know if it was your best.
Ellen: Loved the way you changed the song.
Kara: Favorite performance.
Simon: Could hear that on the radio.

Tim Urban
Song: All My Lovin
Randy: A much better performance than in the last couple weeks. A good Tim performance.
Ellen: Perfect song choice for you. Your second best performance.
Kara: Took some of the criticisms.
Simon: Did really well.

Casey James
Song: Jealous Guy
Randy: Really impressed you took this kind of leap.
Ellen: Your best performance. So soulful.
Kara: Showed vulnerability, which has been lacking in other performances.
Simon: Best performance of the night. Ginormous week on week difference.

Siobhan Magnus
Song: Across the Universe
Randy: A little sleepy but liked the whole tender side.
Ellen: Should always honor who you are. Cooled it on the high notes as suggested.
Kara: Hit the notes, showed control. Very restrained, very polite.
Simon: Much, much stronger than last week. Unpredictable.

Lee DeWyze
Song: Hey Jude
Randy: You got this. Another hot one for you.
Ellen: Loved it.
Kara: Some off moments, but it’s hot.
Simon: Wouldn’t have done that with the bagpipe player.

The Biggest Loser Season 9 Episode 12

Stephanie was sent packing in The Biggest Loser Season 9 Episode 11, but we ended the show with on extra person since both Victoria and Melissa returned.

Melissa doesn’t get why the rest of the house is not playing the game still. Here we are in week 12, and they’re talking about some steel sharpening steel nonsense.

With the simple push of a button, somebody could win immunity. Each person gets a card, which gets them access to the scale any time they want. Each card tells them how much weight they have to lose. The first person to lose more than 2% of their body weight this week wins immunity. They only get one shot, and nobody gets to try once somebody else gets immunity. Last week, 7 out of 12 people did not reach 2% by the weigh in, and 3 of the other 5 made it by a pound. When they hit that button, everybody will know because they’ll hear the sound of a siren that sounds like a tornado warning. Furthermore, if they hit the mark successfully, they will have those extra days added to the following week.

Melissa’s wheels are spinning as usual. Bob warns her that if she plays the game, it can bite her in the ass, so she needs to tread carefully.

Dr. H says it’s perfectly safe for them to lose 2% of their weight in terms of fat. However, if they lose muscle, water, etc., it may potentially be dangerous.

Sunshine has decided that she’d rather hit below 200 pounds than weighing in early.

The evening of day 2, somebody hits that button. Way too early. It’s Victoria. She has to lose 6 pounds, but she has not yet hit that mark.

To win the challenge, they will need to carry 100 1-pound weights from the bottom of the swimming pool. Reward is a two week trip for two to The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge. The penalty for coming in last is a one pound disadvantage at the weigh in. When they’re done getting all their weights, they’re free to help a friend, or not. There are colored weights everywhere.

Sunshine takes the early lead, and Sam is right behind her. People start getting kicked in the head pretty quickly as everybody goes down for weights in the same spot at the same time. Sunshine hits 50 first. Sam is right behind her at 50 as well. Victoria is 48. The rest of the field is out of it with Michael and O’Neal competing for last at this point, although it’s pretty clear that once Sunshine finishes, she’ll boost her father to safety. Sunshine’s still got that lead at 90, as Sam retains his gap of a few steps. At 98, Sam finally passes her by a second, but she retakes the lead on the final leg to win the challenge. Her immediate goal is to save her father, who’s been running in last place throughout the challenge. Koli says he’s fine, and he sends Sam to help O’Neal as well. Victoria finishes third, an impressive showing for someone who just got to campus. Once O’Neal’s safe, they have another option to pursue: they can screw over Melissa, who’s been running third to last. That’s exactly what happens. She’s amused they’re helping one of the biggest players in the house. However, this shows that she may be playing the game, but she’s not necessarily playing it smart. All these people who have alliances are the ones who aren’t guaranteed to be dead in the water the first time they go under the line.

Sam and Koli wait until everybody goes to sleep to get in a good workout. They plan to hit that buzzer in the morning. There’s no question that Melissa will be pressing that button. She’s awake at 3:00 on the fourth day working out. That morning, Andrea wakes up to the sounds of a siren. It’s Sam. He has 6 pounds to lose. Not only has he made it, but he’s actually lost 10 pounds, or 3.82%.

Jillian wants Sunshine to be an independent woman, rather than living her life under her father. That encourages her to go to O’Neal and tell him she feels proud of herself for the first time and can do it on her own.

Koli: 276 pounds (-5, 1.78%)
Daris: 233 pounds (-4, 1.69%)
Michael: 372 pounds (-9, 2.36%) – over 150 pounds lost
Ashley: 264 pounds (-7, 2.58%)
Sunshine: 195 pounds (-7, 3.47%, immune)
O’Neal: 283 pounds (-8, 2.75%) – over 100 pounds lost
Victoria: 272 pounds (-11, 3.89%)
Andrea: 225 pounds (-2, 0.88%) – complaining it’s all for nothing
Melissa: 175 pounds (-3, +1, 1.12%)

That puts Melissa and Andrea below the yellow line. No point in even bothering with the formality of a vote. Neither can win, but this vote is personal. Andrea claims she realized this week that she deserves to be in the final four, although that begs the question what all that talk about the week being a waste of time was about. Melissa’s argument is that she’s the safer choice. In terms of potential weight loss, she’s certainly the lesser threat, even if her results of weight loss percentage throughout the season thus far are about the same as Andrea’s.

Votes
Koli: Melissa
O’Neal: Melissa
Daris: Melissa
Michael: Melissa
Victoria: Melissa

With 5 votes, Melissa is not The Biggest Loser. She says that her marriage with Lance has now been saved. 6 weeks later, they run a half marathon for her 40th birthday, apparently without a ride from a producer.

Survivor South Africa: Santa Carolina Episode 7

Timbila switched things up and turned on Sandi in Survivor South Africa: Santa Carolina Episode 6. Meanwhile, Gys and Izak were caught in a tribal shuffle.

Gys continues to spread his efforts to break up Hanna and Sade. Now he’s trying to convince his new tribe that it would be a good move.

Nico is passing out parchments. Everybody must rate everybody else on a scale of 1-10. Afterward, they will get on stumps based on how they are ranked.

First: Okkert
Second: Louw and Izak
Third: Gys
Fourth: Hanna
Fifth: Kaseran
Sixth: Sade
Seventh: Ashley
Eighth: GiGi
Ninth: ProVerb

Okkert says he should be somewhere in the middle. Pro says he’s underrated.

It’s time to merge. The new tribe name is Kululama. As the lowest ranked member, ProVerb will leave immediately for his new beach. Everybody else gets a beach bar from Liqui-Fruit. While they get refreshment, Pro’s not completely screwed. No, he gets a clue to the hidden immunity idol, although his time alone is insufficient to allow him to find it. However, he believes he has found where it is, but he’ll need to find some time to dig.

GiGi wanted everybody else to be ranked higher than her so that they are targets. Granted, if you finish that far below everybody else, it’s hard to claim it’s intentional.

Sade believes that Chibudu has the numbers, seeing as Izak’s been with their tribe for a couple of days. On the contrary, Izak tells Kaseran that his plan is to get rid of Sade first, although he says he’s never going to vote for Okkert out of respect.

Ashley’s already planning for the future. Her request is that nobody on her side chooses alliance members to go on rewards.

At the immunity challenge, they are given 15 seconds to memorize symbols, which they must then replicate on their own structures. The lowest scores after the first round are Ashley (8 out of 10), Okkert (8 out of 10), Sade (9 out of 10), and Izak (8 out of 10). GiGi, Louw, Gys, Kaseran, Hanna, and ProVerb will all play round 2. The lowest scores are GiGi (5 out of 10), Louw (6 out of 10), Gys (6 out of 10), and Pro (6 out of 10). Hanna and Kas advance to the final round. Hanna got 1 wrong. Kaseran wins immunity.

Following a puzzle challenge, the logical move is to get rid of Okkert. They may not get a lot of opportunities. It does not seem likely that is the move the tribe will pursue, however.

Chibudu is targeting Louw, apparently because Izak suggested it when they were on a tribe together. Now Izak seems to be shying away from a Louw vote. They don’t care. They’re voting for Louw anyway.

Timbila now wants to get rid of Hanna, instead of Sade.

We have a tie. Since this is a new tribe, no prior votes are considered. Therefore, we go to an elimination game known as the skull. Hanna and Louw both step forward. When the clock starts, they must count to 30 seconds in their head. The closest to 30 seconds survives. Louw touches first and Hanna immediately after. With a time of 47 seconds, Louw is safe. Hanna has been eliminated, shifting the power Timbila’s way.

The Celebrity Apprentice 3 Episode 4

Darryl Strawberry quit in The Celebrity Apprentice 3 Episode 3, saving Michael Johnson from being fired in the process.

Michael nominates Rod Blagojevich for project manager. Selita Ebanks volunteers for the women. The project managers will be getting on a plane and be separated from their teams.

When they arrive at the airport, the project managers are given the task. They will be flying to the Universal Orlando Resort to check out The Wizarding World of Harry Potter attraction. Then they will report their findings back to their teams, who will create and present a 3D interactive display to generate buzz. After their tour, they will fly back to NYC to rejoin their teams. Per FAA regulations, they must turn off their cell phones until they land.

Cyndi has brought in a dry erase board on which they can write down their ideas. A very good plan. Unless you ask Holly, who shoots it down. Sharon tells them that, without Cyndi, they’d be like watching ice melt.

Curtis Stone has a concern. Rod has no clue how to use a computer. If the task is to manage them remotely via the web, they’re pretty well screwed. Luckily, the project managers have two choices of communication: text or telephone. We know Rod can handle the latter choice.

Selita uses the flight to brainstorm. As for Rod, well, the flight is pretty much a waste of time.

The governor finally figures out how to use his new fangled phone to call his team. He tells them the task, hoping they know what a 3D display is because he doesn’t. Bret has been assigned to manage the design, Curtis is in charge of communication, Goldberg for graphics, and Michael will handle finances and timing.

As the girls go at each other, Maria sits back, not really supporting either side’s argument.

Selita’s able to text her team on the limo ride to meet with the executives. All Rod can do is sit and look around.

Upon arrival, she’s also able to take pictures with her phone, which he presumably does not have any idea how to do.

One good thing Rod did was to assign tasks. Bret’s already got an idea developing, whereas the women are mostly just sitting around unwilling to make a decision because their project manager is not there. Problem is he delegates task, then his responsiblity ends there.

On the plane back, Selita keeps watching the DVD over and over again. Rod? He’s sleeping.

Sharon’s still sickly, and the sawdust isn’t helping her any.

George, who was Trump’s right hand man on the show until the Trump children took over, is back for the week. He thinks the women have a great project… if they can pull it off.

His counterpart is Erin Burnett from CNBC. Bret keeps talking to her because he thinks she’s hot. Her concern is Rod’s lack of technical knowledge.

Rod is happy with what he sees when he arrives, although he’s not happy that Michael and Curtis are eating dinner. Really?

Selita likes what she sees as well, but she nitpicks over some things that she doesn’t like. She also finally assigns some roles to her team.

Rod has decided to do improv for the presentation because that’s what kids respond to better. So the plan for the presentation is simple: they don’t have one.

The guys are still missing a lot of stuff, so Curtis and Michael head to the prop store. Rod doesn’t have any ideas and tells them to use their judgment. This is becoming a common theme with him.

When all’s said and done, the women’s display is a wand room, while the men have recreated a castle.

The women think they may well all have come off as crazy ladies. The men have opted to go with a fog machine, so whatever they’re doing becomes irrelevant because nobody can see after a while anyway. Bret acknowledges that it was a disaster. He hopes to win them over with free candy and merchandise.

A key factor here is that the kids will play a role in the decision. Working with kids can be difficult and unpredictable.

Michael thinks that Rod didn’t give a lot of direction. What he did give he gave mostly to Bret.

Curtis would have liked to have some more communication, either by text or e-mail. Erin got the feeling the guys were trying to fill in the gaps as a result.

Maria denies that there was a weak link. Summer agrees, for a change not tearing into Cyndi.

Trump has a question: who will Selita take back if they lose? She doesn’t want to answer that question just yet.

The executives and the kids liked the overall display from the guys. They also liked putting the spell on the tree, although they were concerned the tree looked too Goldberglike and that there were some inaccuracies.

As for the women, the audience liked the costume and the wind. However, they didn’t think they gave enough attention to the theme park.

The women are the winners again. Selita will be receiving $20,000 for her charity, Shine on Sierra Leone.

In defending himself, Rod still doesn’t know any of the words he’s talking about.

Bret will not be coming back to the boardroom. Curtis and Michael will be. This provides Trump the opportunity to debate whether Bret should come back for 10 minutes. It’s very clear that no matter how much Trump pushes, Rod’s not going to change his mind. So Trump, stop asking him over and over again.

Based on this project, Rod says that Curtis should be fired.

Curtis thinks Rod was a poor project manager who didn’t know how to communicate.

Following an excessively and unnecessarily drawn out boardroom, Rod Blagojevich has been fired.

The Amazing Race 16 Episode 8

After they failed to bring their map to the pit stop in The Amazing Race 16 Episode 7, Jet & Cord finished last but were non-eliminated.

Teams depart in the order in which they arrived.

First: Steve & Allie – 7:22PM
Second: Dan & Jordan – 7:36PM
Third: Brent & Caite – 9:15PM
Fourth: Louie & Michael – 9:16PM
Fifth: Carol & Brandy – 10:19PM
Sixth: Jet & Cord – 10:22PM

Without their backpacks, Steve & Allie are left only with the clothes on their backs. The scrambling starts right away.

Teams will now fly 5700 miles to Penang, Malaysia, where their first destination is the Snake Temple. Everybody will board the 2AM charter boat to the airport, where everybody will also get the same 21 hour flight via Dubai.

The detour is a choice between Buddhist tradition or Chinese custom. In Buddhist tradition, teams will lug a set 12 giant incense sticks up a steep incline of 150 steps. In Chinese custom, teams will choose a pair of 32 foot poles that they must balance on their foreheads and walk 120 feet.

Dan & Jordan get a lead thanks to an aggressive taxi driver, but they tell him to go away. The bad news is that either detour will require cab travel. They’re not alone in making this mistake, though. Of course, Jet & Cord told their driver to wait, and he left anyway, putting them in last place. Not wanting to sit in traffic, at the suggestion of their cab driver, Steve & Allie and Dan & Jordan decide to make a run for it. To make matters worse, they go to the wrong location. Steve & Allie get their cab driver back, but Dan & Jordan are now left to wander aimlessly on foot. They end up finding another cab driver. Steve & Allie, however, have a driver without a clue. He follows “I don’t know” with “No problem.” The first one turns out to be right, so they decide to go to the other detour instead. That decision lasts all of about three seconds before Allie says she can’t do that detour. Adding insult to injury, their cab driver who they told to wait has taken off. Not that he would have been able to find the place anyway.

Buddhist tradition: Dan & Jordan, Brent & Caite, Carol & Brandy, Louie & Michael, Steve & Allie (switched from Buddhist tradition to Chinese custom to Buddhist tradition)
Chinese custom: Jet & Cord

The teams with the incense sticks realize quickly they’ll probably have to make half a dozen trips up and down. This will prove much easier for the all male teams (though Louie sounds like he’s dying as usual), while Carol & Brandy struggle. Cord figures out the flag carrying almost immediately. Jet figures it out shortly thereafter, putting them in first.

The seaside village of Teluk Bahang is the next stop. It’s there that Jet & Cord see their speed bump, in which they must determine which tea is made from a bowl of crushed spice. They are wrong on their first attempt of three possible attempts. Their second guess is correct.

Returning back to the temple, Jet & Cord are first to the road block. The road block is to take part in two hindu rituals. They must smash coconuts to find one with a bright color, then they must build a traditional miniature offering known as a float to be set off to sea. It’s all dumb luck, but it all seems moot considering how far behind Steve & Allie are.

Road block (in order of arrival): Jet, Carol, Louie, Caite, Jordan, Allie

The pit stop for this leg of the race is the Pinang Peranakan Mansion, built 100 years ago by one of the island’s wealthiest residents.

First: Jet & Cord (win a trip to Maui)
Second: Carol & Brandy
Third: Louie & Michael
Fourth: Brent & Caite
Fifth: Dan & Jordan
Eliminated: Steve & Allie

The anticlimactic conclusion is that Steve & Allie have been eliminated.

Survivor South Africa: Santa Carolina Episode 6

They’ve been waiting for a while to get rid of Darren, and they found their chance in Survivor South Africa: Santa Carolina Episode 5.

ProVerb’s been on the outside with his tribe, so he’s likely to be the next target.

Everybody will be pirates for the reward challenge. They must do a hostile takeover of the other tribe’s boat, but without too much violence. They must walk over the gang plank and be the one who remains standing. Reward is pillows, mosquito nets, and a hammock. ProVerb sits out for Timbila, which still leads by one thanks to the two quitters from the other end. ProVerb drops Gys first. Once that happens, all of Timbila rushes to the other side and starts tossing Chibudu overboard. They quickly get rid of most of the tribe, but Hanna and Okkert aren’t going down without a fight. The girls are struggling with Hanna. Realizing that Okkert’s not going anywhere, one of the guys comes over to help Sandi and Ashley to throw Hanna overboard. That will leave everybody to fight against Okkert. Kaseran is out. Then Ashley falls in, bringing Izak with her. Despite their odds, it appears Timbila has thrown this challenge away. Sandi’s the last person left standing against Okkert. Chibudu wins reward. Louw is angry, saying that Okkert did not play fair.

Each tribe must select an ambassador to capture an opposing tribemate, who will be part of their tribe from that point forward. That person will be granted immunity for the next tribal council. They will also be able to obtain an item of value from the other team.

Okkert will be the ambassador for his tribe, so that they don’t take him. Before he departs, the tribe hides everything.

Louw is the ambassador for his tribe. The one thing they wanted right away, which is the first thing Chibudu thought of hiding, was the tool that Hein gave them. They pretend Okkert carries it with him. He doesn’t want something else. Louw has noticed that they seem to have run out of everything. No tools, no pots, no chickens. Gys offers up the chicken. Realizing they’re playing games, he takes Gys and walks away. Sade believes they’ve given the other tribe reason to hate them and come for them. A fair statement. There’s playing smart, and then there’s just cheating. I hope it backfires.

Okkert grabs Izak, as if his tribe’s not physically dominant enough.

Louw blames Gys, the patriarch of his tribe. Gys lies without shame.

Two giant balls will be released into the pit at the same time. Three members of each tribe will have to push their ball into their opponent’s score zone. Gys, Ashley, and Sandi go against Sade, Hanna, and Izak. The girls defend against the girls, while Gys defends against Izak. The guys are standing still in a corner. Sandi and Ashley score for Timbila. Okkert, Izak, and GiGi go against ProVerb, Ashley, and Louw. It comes down to Okkert against Louw. Louw just keeps getting shoved around. Okkert eventually gets a warning to be less rough, but it’s irrelevant. Chibudu ties it 1-1. Izak, Okkert, and Hanna go against Kaseran, Gys, and Sandi. This time Okkert goes against Gys. Another predictable conclusion. Chibudu wins immunity.

It’s too bad they can’t get rid of Gys for that stunt his tribe pulled.

Pro seemed to be the next one on the chopping block. The other option is Sandi, whose post-merge loyalty is being questioned.

ProVerb approaches Gys about getting rid of Louw. When he goes to the rest of the tribe with this, he doesn’t get the positive response he’d hoped for. Instead, they say they’re not sure.
