Survivor Cook Islands Winner Revealed?!

It seems like the winner of every Survivor season is revealed early one way or another, and sometimes the revealed winner is accurate, whereas other times – like last season – it’s incorrect.

Well, I think I stumbled upon the first leak of who could potentially be the winner of Survivor Cook Islands.

Find out who the winner of Survivor Cook Islands is, after the jump!

Survivor Cook Islands Recap: Message in a Bottle

Survivor Cook Islands: Season 13 – Episode 9

November 16th, 2006 – Tonight’s episode of Survivor Cook Islands kicks off with a very nervous Jonathan, one of the newest members of the Raro tribe – thanks to episode 8’s mutiny – trying to prove himself as a provider for the tribe. It doesn’t seem to be working very well, but maybe they’ll come around. One thing is for sure, Candice is having no troubles getting adapted to her new spot as a member of the Raro tribe. Adam and Candice picked up right where they left of and were all over eachother, professing their allegiances to eachother until the end. Yeah right, we’ll see how long that lasts. I’ll steal a term from Big Brother for this one: Hello Showmance!

Survivor Cook Islands: Ozzy in the Buff!

By this time, every and any avid Survivor Cook Islands fan knows that this isn’t the first time Ozzy has been in the spotlight on TV, or on a reality TV show, for that matter.

The Survivor superstar was featured on Playboy’s Foursome, a reality TV show dubbed “the only TV dating program that shows everything”. There’s been a lot of talk over exactly what kind of part Ozzy played in Playboy’s Foursome, but now it’s all been laid out before us, literally.

Survivor Cook Islands: Brad and J.P. Dating?

The last episode of CBS’ Survivor: Cook Islands, which I unfortunately missed, saw Brad Virata, the open and proudly gay fashion designer from the Asian tribe, voted off the island.

Since Brad’s elimination he’s made the rounds through the media and has stirred up a few interesting rumors. Apparently he may be dating, or have dated a fellow Survivor: Cook Islands contestant. Whether there is any truth in the rumor or not is unknown, but it sounds like Brad and Mr. Manly, J.P., may have hooked up at some point.

During an interview with AfterElton.com, Brad was asked a pointed question about his relationship with J.P., to which he replied, “Um, it’s all about timing in life. I can’t answer that. JP is a great guy. You’ll have to wait for the finale.” He obviously side stepped the question all together and is either not wanting to talk about it, or is simply trying to pump up the Survivor: Cook Islands finale even more. I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

In other Brad Virata news, he is also apparently pissed that the fact that he’s gay didn’t earn him more screen time or more story time. The fact that Brad is gay was obvious from the beginning, and he never tried to hide the fact, but I guess he wasn’t satisfied with how little they addressed the situation.

Find out what he had to say on the subject and Nate’s “Nancy Boy” comment, after the jump.

Survivor Cook Islands: The Non-Recap

Unfortunately I will be slacking off again tonight and won’t be watching Survivor Cook Islands. The Circle Craft Fair opens in Vancouver tonight and tonight is the only night my wife and I will be able to go, so we’ll be getting crafty while Survivor is on.

If you’ve never heard of the Circle Craft Fair, and you live in Vancouver, I highly recommend checking it out. Even if you don’t like crafts, it is a fantastic event. Artists, Crafters and Foodies of all forms pack into the Convention Centre, to the tune of about 250+ booths, to sell their hand-crafted awesomeness for only four days every year.

It’s a little pricier then you average craft fair, but it has so much more to offer, and it’s still not that bad, especially since they have some pretty sweet coupons.

Get your Circle Craft Fair Coupons here.

For all you Survivor addicts out there, you can get your fix from any number of sites, though I have a few favorites that are worth a look.

Survivor Cook Islands Recap and Info: Peanut Butter and Potatoe Sandwich

Tonight’s episode of Survivor Cook Islands kicks off with both teams receiving an interesting piece of treemail. Not only did the mail include the usual letter, but it also included a catalog of various different items, ranging from peanut butter to a sewing kit. It turns out the winner of tonight’s reward challenge gets to go home with two items of their choosing from the catalog. Naturally, both teams are thinking foods, thinking energy and thinking carbs. One team chooses peanut butter and bread, while the other chooses peanut butter and potatoes. Maybe not the best combo, but definitely a good source of protein and carbs, which mean energy, something every survivor needs.

Survivor Fiji Production Begins: Here’s the Dirt!

Survivor production crews invaded Vunivutu, Fiji earlier this month to begin production on the next installation of the Survivor series, Survivor Fiji.

The 6-week production schedule is estimated to generate roughly $6-million in revenue for the community and Labasa’s economy. The production will create 230 job opportunities for local residents and a drastic increase to the economy as the 250 person production crew will need food, shelter and the essentials.

Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase was on site and launched the official start of the massive 6-week production.
