Sione is a very social person and makes friends easily. He is the life of the party and keeps his family laughing. His weight has been up and down most of his life and he has tried every diet out there, causing him to gain the weight back and then some. Sione was very athletic and competitive in school, but always worked as a team player. He is the fourth child in his family of five. Being the owner of his own company caused Sione to work long hours, making it impossible to get to the gym and stick to healthy eating habits. Sione enjoys singing and Polynesian dancing, but lately it has been hard for him to perform due to his weight. Sione says that he has never wanted to be a fat dad and hopes that his children will never him that way.
Sione-I think you’re adorable! I have a bit of a soft spot for the Island Boys (I’m from NZ) and you hit the mark. You’ll be even more adorable at the end of this journey! Good luck-can’t wait to watch your transformation
