After just three poorly rated episodes, NBC has sent The Chopping Block to the chopping block, effective immediately. The network did hold out hope that the show may return, although it’s unlikely to be for very long or in a time slot that actually matters.
For the time being, reruns of Law & Order: Criminal Intent will air in NBC’s unlucky 8:00 Wednesday time period. The original Law & Order, currently in its 19th season, also airs on Wednesdays on NBC.
