Although Kristin has struggled with her weight most of her life, she has tried her best to not let that stand in the way of what she wants. Kristin is married to her high school sweetheart. They have been together for over 13 years and are more than ready to start their family, but now she finds that her excessive weight is the only thing standing in her way. As a self-employed business owner she is natural leader and is not afraid to take challenges head on. With her entrepreneurial lifestyle, she has moved a healthy diet and exercise to the bottom of her priorities. She is an emotional eater and turns to food in stressful situations. Kristin needs to re-program herself to get her weight under control before her biological clock runs out. With the unconditional love and support of her mother, combined with her desire to start a family, together they will let nothing and no one get in their way.

I just would like to Thank You Kristin, you have been an inspiration to me. I have been a ‘big’ girl again since I had my 1st daughter over 10 years ago & still have their baby fat!!! Its starting to come off VERY slow but at least the scale in going in the right direction!!! Thank you again, I fell like there is hope. You are living my dream to be on the “Biggest Loser”!!!!! Kristin I was so moved tonight watching an episode on Hulu. I watch every night while I do my work out, thank you very much. If not for seeing you lose the 100 LBS I would not be doing what I am. my husband and I really want another baby but after gaining so much since my last I can’t yet. But you inspired me so much. I started at 284.4 LBS a months ago and am down about 10LB ( not as extreme as you but still going in the right direction) Thank you so much for working so hard to improve your self and inspire so many people.
Kristin, When I found out that you are the same age as I am, I started following your story. I have been 265 lbs for the last 3 years. I grew up listening to my elders and believing that once you pass 25 years old, you may as well give up losing weight. I changed my diet and working out, and I have lost 10 lbs since March 1, 2009. I fell so confident. My goal is to lose 110 lbs. I used to be afraid toaim forsuch a high goal, but watching you struggle and succeed, it has done nothing but inspire me. You are my role model, some average person that is able to touch so many lives, especially mine. Thank you.
