The group of heroes and villains went to see Arthur Petrelli in Heroes Season 3 Episode 6, culminating in his son Peter visiting him and having his powers stolen.
Arthur tells Peter his abilities are gone forever. Oh, and he didn’t really die of a heart attack. Arthur says he wants to work together, but Peter wants to make him pay.
Claire and her mom get home from their ordeal, only Claire doesn’t seem to be impacted by it. They walk in and find Lyle on the ground, and they see they’ve got a visitor, Elle. After they dump water on her to avoid being harmed by the electricity flowing from her body, she claims she’s there because she needs help and has nowhere else to go.
Suresh has become a bit of a madman in his quest to remove Maya’s powers. Arthur’s got a much easier way to remove powers. That doesn’t prevent her from feeling Suresh is not playing with a full deck, though. He asks Arthur for help, not to remove his powers, but to reverse the negative side effects from them. They’re looking for his help to perfect their own formula that’s similar to his.
A still unconscious Angela tells Sylar that Peter needs his help. With that, he breaks free and escapes.
Elle doesn’t want to go to Pinehearst without knowing about it first. She stopped by to get HRG’s opinion. Claire’s not looking to convince her to not go there. Rather, Claire wants to go there with her.
Arthur wants to find out from Daphne why Parkman’s not there. He wants her to go back to him, not to convince him to take a deal, but to kill him. Parkman’s father seems to have a problem with this plan, so Arthur kills him.
As requested, Daphne visits Parkman, and she’s got a gun. He tells her to go ahead and shoot, then he goes into how the future will be. Despite her fear that they’re going to come after her, she decides not to go through with the plan. He knows now that his father is dead, though.
Suresh needs test subjects. First up is Peter, who tells him about the future and that he’s a monster then. That’s enough to convince Suresh it’s too late, but before he can inject Peter, Sylar shows up to free him. Peter escapes, but the very angry Suresh makes sure Sylar doesn’t. Arthur stops Suresh’s onslaught of Sylar because, despite how many people he’s harmed, he’s Arthur’s son, and someone he’s been waiting a long time for.
Claire and Elle decide to fly to Pinehearst. You know that warning about turning off all electronic devices? As Elle’s about to crash the plane because she can’t turn herself off, Claire grabs her hand to assist her.
Knox arrives to see that Daphne couldn’t complete her mission as he’d expected. Parkman gets into Knox’s head and makes him think they’re dead. Matt suggests getting help from Primatech.
Arthur asks for the return of his son, alive. Then he tries to convince Sylar that Peter is Angela’s favorite son and that Sylar frightens her.
Maya says she needs to make amends, and she hopes Mohinder does as well, asking him to get well as she leaves.
Peter hasn’t left. He didn’t want to leave Sylar alone because he wants him to go with him. I’ll take the throwing him out the window as a no. He falls right in front of Elle and Claire and tells them his ability’s gone, although he’s not dead having just fallen from the top of a building. Claire wants to get gone, but this is exactly what Elle came for.
Like Claire, Arthur’s wondering how Peter survived a fall of 7 stories without the ability to heal. Peter believes Sylar’s on his side and saved his life.
Daphne phones Arthur, who warns her that he’ll put her right back where he found her if she doesn’t come through.
Now it’s Nathan’s turn to find out that their father’s not among the deceased. Peter warns him that they need to do something to stop him or else.
Tracy’s familiar with Pinehearst, and despite the warning from Peter, Nathan will be going there anyway, so she will be tagging along as he goes to kick down some doors.
Hiro doesn’t want time travel any more. He hopes a spirit walk will be safer. After he eats a disgusting paste made of roots and hyena dung, he collapses.
