Heroes Season 3 Episode 6

On Heroes Season 3 Episode 5, Adam escaped from Hiro, Maya found out Suresh is becoming a monster, Daphne was approached by Linderman to do some recruiting, and we met the man pulling the strings.

Now we take a look back at what actually happened between Hiro and Ando. Hiro got a fake sword and a blood pack and told Ando to play dead. It makes him look like a villain. Like Daphne. She gives him an assignment to go to Africa to capture the painter and bring him back alive.

Claire’s going to rescue her mother from Eric. Sandra’s going with her. Surely there are better mother/daughter bonding experiences. Meanwhile, Meredith is telling Eric she never loved him because he disgusts her. His mind control is preventing her from doing anything unless he wants her to do it.

Adam’s hanging out with Knox, and they go see Arthur Petrelli, who’s lying in bed with tubes in him. After he grabs hold of Adam and makes him disintegrate, he’s able to sit up, breathe on his own, and talk.

Daphne’s at the airport where Linderman meets her. She’s feeling guilty that she has turned Hiro evil. He talks her into proceeding with her next assignment, Parkman, who arrives with his turtle. Thanks to his trip to the future, Parkman already knows who she is, so she doesn’t have to do any convincing to get him to go somewhere with her.

Nathan brings Tracy to see Suresh. She shows him her powers and explains that a doctor gave them to her. Her main concern is having her power removed, but Suresh is particularly interested in this because giving people powers is exactly what he’s trying to do.

Daphne’s not hitting on Parkman. She’s just trying to give him an assignment. So he tells her the story about how he knows her, which makes her think he may be a bit of a stalker. While she does whatever it is she needs to do, he’ll wait there for her and not move.

Suresh gives Nathan and Tracy some shots. Then they collapse.

Daphne arrives to spring Sylar. He doesn’t want to leave and doesn’t trust her. She gives him a business card and flees. He wakes up Peter and tells him he doesn’t want to be a monster any more and that their mother is in trouble.

Ando and Hiro arrive in Africa. They’re not kidnapping an innocent man. They’re just “borrowing” him. When he goes to see the precog, Hiro finds a painting that’s still wet. In it, he’s getting hit over the head with a shovel.

Sandra pretends she’s there to book a birthday party for her son, but Eric busts her and stops her from leaving. Claire goes in back to save Meredith, but she can’t exactly move of her own free will. Now Claire can’t move either.

When Hiro wakes up, Ando convinces him to time travel back to one minute before he got hit with the shovel. He arrives one minute earlier and is greeted with another painting of himself being hit over the head with a shovel. Just in time to see himself getting hit over the head with a shovel the first time, too.

Daphne wants to recruit Suresh as well, and she hears Tracy and Nathan in need of help. She figures he’s just as bad as the rest of them, so she leaves the business card and takes off.

Hiro’s got a new plan: hide and wait for the painter to come back.

Eric wants to play a game (and also to not be interrupted by Barbie). He wants Claire to choose between Meredith and Sandra. He makes her pull the trigger on Sandra, but only one chamber’s full. Now it’s Sandra’s turn. She gets Claire, who tells her to go ahead because she knows it’s not like she can hurt her anyway. She pulls three times before it fires. Claire recovers quickly, gets up, and knocks out the unsuspecting Eric.

Sylar and Peter pay a visit to Angela, and Sylar wants Peter to look inside her head to find out what’s wrong. He gets an image, which is on the business card Sylar got from Daphne. Peter wants to go research what’s happening, but Sylar wants him to stay. A battle of heroes ensues, with Peter getting his way.

Tracy tries to convince Suresh she understands him, but as she grabs his hand, she uses her freezing powers to knock him down and escape. He’s not done with them quite yet, though.

As Parkman’s about to give up on Daphne returning, she arrives and tells him that she’s supposed to recruit him, but she doesn’t want to because he’s not like all the evil people she’s recruited so far. He warns her she needs to stay away from them, too, because of what he saw in the future. She doesn’t trust that he can protect her, so she plans to do what she always does: keep moving too fast to get caught.

At nightfall, Hiro tries his sneak attack plan. He grabs the shovel and prepares to strike the precog, who tells him he passed the test of not relying too much on his powers and is now ready. He shows him the painting, which contains the Pinehearst logo.

The bad guys arrive to see Arthur, as does Peter, who’s surprised to see that his father’s alive. He gives his father a hug. Bad move. Now his father’s got his powers.
