The Bachelorette 4 Episode 7

DeAnna narrowed her choices in The Bachelorette 4 Episode 6 down to the final four: Jeremy, Jason, Graham, and Jesse. She got rid of Sean (not sure why) and Twilley (who she never really got to know… and didn’t seem to want to get to know anyway).

First we start off with a lengthy recap because… well… there are two whole hours to kill. Nothing quite like a 60 minute show squeezed into 120.

Jesse’s up first, and DeAnna will be meeting him for the hometown date in Breckenridge, CO. He’s going to show her how to snowboard. She wants to vomit, which is apparently her idea of fun, but she felt safe because he knows what he’s doing. They discuss how she believes she’s always right but hopes she has someone who has a backbone and is willing to tell her the truth (that she’s not right). When they’re done chatting, she hops on his back, and he proceeds to snowboard down the slope with her on there.

DeAnna heads to Jesse’s home, where she notices his nonprofit organization, Just Snowboarding Ambitious Kids. His parents are there to meet with them and have dinner. Jesse says DeAnna makes her feel like he feels when he’s at a snowboarding contest with 10,000 people around. His father’s advice is to get serious, but he tells him he can’t get too serious because he’s afraid of being hurt because she’s dating all these other guys. Both of his parents like her and are open with her. Jesse and DeAnna go for a carriage ride afterward, when he finally kisses her.

Next stop is Jeremy’s hometown, where he greets her on a motorcycle. She learns that at least she won’t need to hire him a decorator or clean up after him. His favorite room is a balcony that overlooks downtown Dallas. As we learned on the second episode, his parents have both passed away, but he shows her pictures of them. He reads from his journal his last thoughts about his mother, and he tells us he’s definitely falling in love with DeAnna.

His two brothers and sister-in-law will be at dinner with them. Continuing the morbid discussion, Jeremy’s sister-in-law says that the death of her father was a big bond for her and his brother. One of his brothers brings up other guys, but Jeremy says he’s in denial and leaves everybody else out of his mind. Whether that’s a realistic approach or not, it’s probably better at helping him get closer than what Jesse and Graham have been doing. Both of his brothers are overly cautious and grill DeAnna. A stark contrast to the lovey dovey atmosphere Jesse’s home visit presented.

Seattle is the next stop. DeAnna and Jason go to the top of the Space Needle, and they’re allowed to go on top of the needle where people aren’t usually allowed. She’s concerned about meeting his son, which leads to a discussion about how they both want three kids (she wants them by age 30, so she might want to skip the formalities and jump somebody’s bones already). It’s an emotional reunion. Following the tears, the introduction is “This is my… this is DeAnna.” Spending time with Ty lets her know that Jason will be a good father, so she doesn’t have to wonder.

Jason’s parents, two brothers, and sister-in-law are waiting to meet them for dinner. This large group is something DeAnna’s familiar with. They’ve cooked all Greek food to make her feel at home. Jason most appreciates DeAnna’s sparkle for life. Everybody heads outside to play leapfrog in the yard. His father’s concerned about how she would feel about heading into an already established family, but she says she’s okay with it. His mother’s concerned that Jason says he won’t get hurt because he’s got body armor. She wants him to open up more, or he’ll never fall in love. The goodbye is as emotional as the original meeting, bringing everyone to tears.

North Carolina and Graham are the last stop of the night. She meets him at his old high school where he played basketball growing up. Neither of them can seem to sink a basket. She’s surprised to find him being talkative and affectionate. DeAnna expresses concerns that Graham isn’t ready for her. His mom says he doesn’t typically find someone who lasts past a few weeks. I’m not sure his short answers are helping any. DeAnna calls him closed off because he internalizes everything. Despite the monosyllabic discussion, she continues to fall more and more for him. I don’t get it.

Although I was expecting Jesse to be cut, I’ve been waiting for DeAnna to get rid of Graham for weeks. Never did understand their connection. He says goodbye. Forever. Her complaint is that she was being led on. He tells her she’s entitled to make it easy on herself if that’s what she wants to do. She says that she’s saying goodbye to the one person she felt she was falling in love with. Uh. Huh? So what’s up with the other three guys, and did I miss what happened to make her fall for him? Still unable to discuss his feelings, he hands her a letter that she should read on her own. After he leaves, she reads the letter and is second guessing her decision.

Stay tuned to dingoRUE for another live recap of The Bachelorette 4 episode 8, which airs Monday at 8/7c on ABC.

The Bachelorette 4 Episode 6

Proving that alone time with DeAnna is becoming increasingly more dangerous, not only did Robert get cut on the two-on-one date, but Fred was sent packing as well in The Bachelorette 4 Episode 4. Brian was the third person sent home.

Everybody’s packing to go to a resort in Palm Springs. They’ll all be there all week.

Sean gets a one-on-one date. They’re going up on a mountain, where a scared of heights DeAnna hopes she doesn’t die. After a conversation over dinner where they get to know each other better, she invites him back for some dessert. She’s happy to have finally gotten to know him at the last minute and would have given him a rose if there were one to give.

Jesse, Jason, Graham, and Twilley get the group date. Twilley says he’s confused by this decision. Considering how well DeAnna already knows Jeremy, that’s a fair statement, although she hasn’t had a one-on-one date with Jeremy either. Leading up to the group date, though, Twilley does get to go alone with her on the helicopter ride. Graham is looking forward to Twilley’s motion sickness popping up, which it does. He manages to not toss his cookies, so that’s a good sign. The date is four wheeling in the desert with 50 mile an hour winds. DeAnna has no problem showing up the men with her riding skills. Jesse’s having a lot of fun since he’s in his element as well. Twilley, meanwhile, is off on his own at his own pace all day.

From there, they head to a pool party. Her concern about Jason is that, if they go to the hometown dates, she’s going to meet his son. During their conversation, I’m left wondering: is this guy really this nice?

So far, DeAnna has had the least physical connection with Jesse, who she was really impressed with today since he was fearless while riding. She’s hoping to get a kiss from him. No go.

Next up is Graham. Jason says he’s a sure bet and that nobody else has quite the same connection with DeAnna as Graham does. She says she’s a giddy school girl with butterflies when she’s with him.

And Twilley? Well, he already got some alone time with her. When he was attempting to not vomit.

DeAnna and Jeremy will be going to dinner in a vintage convertible. They go to what was Frank Sinatra’s house. I think we know where this is going. It’s time for some karaoke. No, this is a very bad idea. It’s time for some tone deafness. DeAnna feels she already knows Jeremy pretty well, which again returns us to why she chose him for this date over Twilley. Granted, it can be argued that Twilley’s a goner no matter what, so perhaps she just wants to see what a real date with Jeremy is like.

DeAnna decides there’s no need for a cocktail party because she already knows who the final four will be. She doesn’t want to lead anybody on like what happened to her (yeah, this old story that we’ve heard like a brazilian times before).

Despite the apparent connection they had on their date, Sean won’t be taking DeAnna to meet his family. He wonders if maybe he got started earlier he’d have done better. Twilley, meanwhile, clearly had no prayer of sticking around past tonight and wasn’t given the opportunity to change his fate. He realizes he may be a bit zany, but he’s just being himself.

The Bachelorette 4 Episode 5

The story of the final 6 guys continues later tonight, but first, DeAnna tells all.

DeAnna tells us she’s surprised that Ryan is a virgin, which is surprising since he told everybody else about it.

Chris asks how much of this is real, and DeAnna responds that it’s all real (as real as someone dating 25 guys on national TV can be anyway).

The first question on everyone’s mind is Richard and why she axed him. Watching the show, she said she thought she was an idiot for getting rid of him, but she remembers that she knew she didn’t have a deep enough connection with him to let him keep going.

From there we relive DeAnna’s hissy fit at the barbeque. She felt like her heart was being broken and that the guys weren’t making enough of an effort, an odd statement considering some of the guys left in the final six who still aren’t making an effort yet weren’t eliminated.

DeAnna tells us it was hard to watch how hurt Robert was after his elimination. But that was the obvious thing of that night. It’s what happened to Fred that had people wondering what the heck was going on. She reiterates she wasn’t going to lead him on. But as I’ve said before, Brad did the same thing when he cut both women when he didn’t love them, yet he’s labelled as an asshat.

Trista and Ryan are back yet again because it’s not like there are any other success stories from this show. We get a look at their family life and their child. Also, like DeAnna, though, Trista had been rejected on a previous season but came back to be The Bachelorette where she met Ryan. She likes Graham and Jason.

Jesse gets into detail about what he’s broken and that he’s never been in a wheelchair (for too long). His plan is to just be himself, except when she wants him to not be himself.

Twilley (he’s still here?) also plans to just be himself, which appears to be very loud. He tells us about his artistic side and how he started a business when he was younger. He hopes she’ll notice there’s more to him than just the guy trying to grab her attention.

Jason says he’s just a regular guy who always does his own thing. He just hopes DeAnna’s ready to be a mom.

Sean originally went into martial arts because he was small for his age as a child. He discusses how he’s entirely too vain (no need to go over his list of bragging). He admits he’s a mama’s boy and considers himself a good southern boy.

Graham is apparently surprised that DeAnna has feelings for other guys when this whole show is about dating a bunch of different people. He believes the conflict between them is healthy.

Jeremy likes extreme sports. As an attorney, he says there’s a lack of time for socializing. He’s afraid that he’s holding back with DeAnna like he always does.

Unwilling to commit to a particular answer (not that the producers would let her anyway), DeAnna says she’s got feelings for everybody and doesn’t have a favorite yet.

Up next is another new episode of The Bachelorette 4.

Matt Moves Out of Shayne’s House

People have been asking since the night The Bachelor 11 ended whether Matt and Shayne are still together, and it looks like we may be one step closer to an answer of no. Matt Grant, who has lived with his fiancee Shayne Lamas since the show ended, moved out of her condo recently. But he insists everything is still okay between them.

“I had to get my own life out here (in L.A.),” Matt told People. “Get my career and friends and have my own circle. That’s important in a relationship. That you are not entirely on top of someone.”

“Early on in the relationship, people need a little space,” says Grant. “It’s almost to keep the spark — the romance — that exists in the first year of a relationship. Living together after knowing one another after four months is probably a little bit quick. Certainly for our generation.”

Matt acknowledges that the relationship has been a “difficult time,” largely due to external forces, but when asked if he’s in love, his response is “Definitely. I wouldn’t be engaged if I wasn’t.”

The Bachelorette 4 Episode 4

Richard was the first to get cut on The Bachelorette 4 Episode 3, as he did not receive a rose on their one-on-one date. Following him were Ron (who was begging to be sent home) and Paul (not sure why).

To earn their spot on the one-on-one date, each guy will have to write and perform a song for DeAnna. This would have been a big hit last season when every woman was auditioning for a singing gig (except the blonde chick who wanted to be an actress). DeAnna will be the judge. The guys all suck. Some worse than others. But the key theme is suckage. DeAnna has picked Jesse, who got down on his knees and held her hand while he was singing.

Jesse’s thinking of dressing down, but DeAnna has other plans. He’ll be wearing a tux. I’m not real clear what the point of this is. She says she doesn’t want to change him but wants to see whether he fits with her, which apparently means no goofy jacket and tennis shoes. They take a limo to a theater where it’s just the two of them. Just his luck, when they arrive, he gets to sing his song again. Jesse says he’s stubborn, but he knows DeAnna is as well. He tells her this whole process is real for him. Although she’s normally not attracted to guys like him, she appreciates Jesse. As they’re finishing dinner, she gives him the rose. After dinner, Natasha Bedingfield (apparently she won a Grammy) sings for them.

Brian, Twilley, Sean, Jeremy, Graham, and Jason get the group date. They will be driving stock cars. Whoever gets the fastest speed on three timed laps is promised something special. Graham lives in Manhattan, so he usually just takes the subway everywhere. DeAnna’s surprised that Jeremy didn’t win but was able to tell he’s a very competitive guy. Sean, who loves racing muscle cars, manages to win. With this win, he gets time alone with DeAnna, where he learns that she used to live in Kentucky. Graham decides he doesn’t want to kiss DeAnna because he doesn’t want to be one of a bunch. She lets him know she’s plenty unhappy with this. Following their alone time, DeAnna has decided to give Sean the rose, as he’s managed to change her mind about him.

The guys have a party, which doesn’t start well and continues to not go well. Brian likes hanging out with the guys, Sean’s getting back to the way he was before, and Graham’s ignoring DeAnna. As a joke, they set up a kiddy table for the guys living in the mansion. Robert takes issue with this and ends up sitting all by himself, so DeAnna confronts him. After a little chat, she drags him outside to start some yelling. She tells them to either handle it or go home, then she heads back to her house.

Robert and Fred are going on the two-on-one date, an interesting choice considering they were both living in the mansion for the week. They’ll be having dinner at a mansion. Robert believes she’ll only kiss one person on this date, so he rushes into that. Her response is to let him kiss her on the cheek. Fred’s in less of a rush and less flashy. He just wants to be there with her and spend some time getting to know her. We knew it before the date even started, and the way the date went, this comes as no surprise. Robert will not be getting a rose. It’s not over yet, though. Like Brad (whose name we have to hear for the 938th time), she’s dumping both people. In letting Fred down, though, she pays him a lot of compliments, but he was just stuck in the friendzone. The guys who don’t go on group dates are dropping like flies. This gives Jason the mansion alone to himself with DeAnna, where he’s waiting to comfort her.

Following the bloodbath, only one more person will be heading home.

Brian will be leaving tonight. He realizes that being too close to the guys but not being all that close to DeAnna was his downfall.

The Bachelorette 4 Episode 3

Three more guys went home in The Bachelorette 4 Episode 2: Eric (who in case you didn’t get the message is Greek), Ryan (even though he’s better than all the other guys since he’s a virgin), and Chris (whoever he was, apparently the only thing I felt worth mentioning about him was that he admitted he once cheated).

Jeremy once again got a rose since DeAnna isn’t interested in getting to know the rest of the people in the house. Paul and Graham are also moving into the mansion with him.

Richard gets the one-on-one date. They take a limo ride to the rooftop of a landmark building in LA. She doesn’t respond why she chose him for this date. He discusses science nerd stuff but makes it interesting, although he also shatters the concept of a shooting star. He says that he doesn’t make a lot of money, but she says she doesn’t care as long as he’s happy doing what he’s doing. He tells her he’s never brought anybody home and that he usually keeps his relationships secret. DeAnna’s unsure whether there’s a spark, so they go on a carriage ride through LA, like Cinderella. He believes something can happen, but she doesn’t. That does it for him. No rose for Richard. Harsh.

Brian, Sean, Jesse, Graham, Fred, Robert, Twilley, Ron, Paul, and Jeremy get the group date. They go line dancing. After that, they ride a bull. The guys have fun with this. Jesse stays on the bull the longest. Then it’s DeAnna’s turn. She pretends she’s been injured (it’s all fun and games until somebody gets shot in the arm). Since Jesse’s the first one to come to her fake rescue, he gets one-on-one time with her. His message to her is that he wants to be real and that everybody farts.

DeAnna has a problem with Ron having confronted Jeremy. In season 11, DeAnna was the outcast (on purpose), so this probably should not be a surprise. Ron tells Jeremy that he lacks a level of tact.

Robert hasn’t had any alone time with DeAnna, and he’s not happy with it. He doesn’t want to just take up a spot and waste his time, as he hasn’t felt chemistry since the first night. Despite that, after a brief chat with her, he’s okay with sticking around. With that, Robert gets a rose. At least it’s not Jeremy for a change.

Jason gets the other one-on-one date. He plans to finally tell her about his three-year-old son. He’s well aware that Richard, another guy who seemed like he was just a nice normal guy, was sent packing on the other date. A helicopter is there to pick them up and bring them to the Mt. Wilson Observatory to look at stars and have dinner. She poses the question: do you miss your family? There’s the opening he wanted. DeAnna doesn’t seem to have a problem with it and listens to stories and looks at pictures. Beyond that, he also used to be married. As they’re discussing family, he asks for more about her mom. She tells the story about her mom’s final days and how that made her be the person who felt like she always had to take care of everyone, which she says is the first time she’s had a guy she dated actually care to hear about her mom. After this conversation, it’s obvious Jason gets the rose. They finish off the date by looking at the stars through the telescope, he asks if he can kiss her, and she says yes.

Because the show’s two hours long, like American Idol, they have to kill time somehow. Their idea is to pay a visit to Ellen DeGeneres. Ellen was one of the first people to really push for DeAnna being The Bachelorette. The first task is to answer the best thing about DeAnna. Then there’s a question about who’s kissed her. Ron had the longest relationship at 12 years; Graham is the shortest at 5 months. Following a dance off, Ellen reveals that she’s giving the rose today. One thing she warns DeAnna about is that Graham’s afraid of communication. After Ellen has the guys drop their pants, she’s got a decision. Fred’s excessive one thing he likes most about DeAnna scores, and he gets the rose.

Ron confuses me. I’m not sure whether he likes her or not. Not that it matters because she’s obviously going to cut him sooner or later anyway. While they’re talking, someone comes and steals her. That someone is obviously Jeremy, who’s quite clearly concerned because this is the second time in a row he’s come scurrying to make sure she doesn’t spend too much time with Ron, although she doesn’t seem to mind being rescued. She tells him she’s ready to move to Dallas should it be necessary.

Ellen put some bad thoughts in DeAnna’s mind about Graham, so now she wants to get down to the bottom of things. He tries to set her mind at ease.

Jason gets the next bit of one-on-one time. She’s got a gift for him: she had a star named after his son Tyler. Even though I sense some producer influence here (what are the odds DeAnna knew you could name a star after someone?), this is still more romantic than when Steve Urkel did it for Laura.

Ron doesn’t make the cut. I think we all saw that one coming. He’s convinced himself that he wasn’t rejected. Paul is the second person who lived in the house with DeAnna to get booted tonight. He doesn’t know why he’s been cut, and I don’t know either.

The Bachelorette 4 Episode 2

10 guys were sent packing in The Bachelorette 4 Episode 1. I must say, though, that DeAnna turned out to have made a much better first impression than she did in The Bachelor 11.

The guys find out that they won’t be living in the mansion. DeAnna will be living there. The guys will be living in the guest house behind them. Each week, three of them will be able to leave the guest house and live with DeAnna instead. Jeremy, Jesse, and Richard, those who got the first impression roses, will be moving into the mansion. Yeah, I saw this twist before. On both Survivor and The Apprentice. For one season… and only one season because they realized it was stupid. It is an interesting twist in that it does give them an idea of what it will be like to live with someone (well, with someone and their two roommates), although it’s a highly unfair twist for those who are living in bunkbeds with outdoor showers.

The first group date is Jason, Ryan, Twilley, Sean, Paul, Fred, and Richard. This is DeAnna’s first date since Brad. They go to a magic club where they have the whole place to themselves. DeAnna and Jason get in a box together, then they disappear, which gives them some time alone together. He continues to hide his secret about his son, but they do manage to get to chat about a bunch of different things nonetheless. He’s gonna have to spill this eventually, and the sooner the better.

Sean has a conversation with DeAnna, or at least he tries to. The magical piano won’t let him get a question out and mocks him.

Twilley doesn’t know any card tricks but does get up and do a play, which goes on and on and on. When the boys are all alone, he’s accused by Ryan of not being genuine since he’s too laid back.

Richard doesn’t have any flowers to give her, but he does make her one out of paper.

Ryan lets DeAnna know the order: faith, then family, then football.

Paul, at 23, has already previously been engaged.

The rose goes to Paul.

Graham gets the first one-on-one date. If he doesn’t get a rose, he’s gone. They go to the beach, which is a good thing since he plans on wearing shorts and a t-shirt. He just got out of a relationship, which was with his first true love. She expresses fear of being dumped yet again, and she tells us his lack of experience in love scares her.

DeAnna, who’s dating 15 guys, says she was worried that Graham just wants to be in love with someone, regardless of who it is. She ultimately decides that she will give him the rose, which is followed by the first kiss.

Boys will be boys. They get together to discuss sex. So up comes the subject of Ryan being a virgin.

When DeAnna and Graham get back, Twilley’s waiting for them so he can talk to her. He’s worried that she is thinking the same way Ryan is about him, and he wants to at least express this.

The next group date will be Chris, Robert, Brian, Jesse, Ron, Jeremy, and Eric. They’ll be going to Dodgers Stadium to play some baseball. Tommy Lasorda’s there to greet them, and he gives them some Dodgers shirts with their names on them. Then he gives them a pep talk about stepping up to win her over. They start off with the national anthem, sung (badly and without all the words in the right places) by one of the guys.

This is followed by a homerun derby. Whoever gets the most homeruns will get one-on-one time with DeAnna. Jeremy gets 6 homeruns and easily wins. Both of them have noticed that, even though he got the first impression rose (way too quickly), they haven’t really gotten to know each other. Like DeAnna, he has also lost his mother, though he also lost his father about a year and a half after that.

Lunch is hot dogs and wine. Somehow this makes sense I’m sure.

DeAnna’s getting tired of hearing about Greece from Eric.

Brian wants to make sure he just gets married once to his best friend.

Jeremy gets another rose, only this time he actually deserves to have received it. Their whole conversation is broadcast on the jumbotron for all the other guys to see.

Jason makes a call home to speak to his son. He finally decides to break the news to the guys at the house. Ryan hopes this may be a dealbreaker, but I doubt it.

The guys hope to bring Jeremy down a few pegs. DeAnna feels it’s fair that she gave Jerermy a rose without getting to know him (or anybody else) at all the first time and has now given him a second one as well. The others don’t hide the fact that they don’t like Jeremy.

They’re all trying to be macho, and DeAnna’s willing to see them be macho, so she turns into a drill sergeant. The boys start doing pushups. Jesse of all people ends up winning, and his prize is one-on-one time. He tells her he can’t be a professional snowboarder forever, so he’s definitely willing to leave Colorado.

The Bachelorette 4 Episode 1

During The Bachelor 11, DeAnna Pappas didn’t care that all the other girls in the house hated her. Whether this helped her any or not, she managed to stick around until the final two. Many people thought she was going to win the show. Then some asshat dumped both her and Jenni for no apparent reason. A couple months later, she’s over it already. Now DeAnna’s back for a second chance, and this time she’s in control.

The 25 bachelors are:

Let’s get on with it so that 10 of them can get sent home and there’s a manageable cast of 15 to work with.

DeAnna’s convinced this season will turn out differently than last. It probably will, but ask her again in two years. In addition to being there for their 15 minutes of fame, some of these guys already know DeAnna from the past season.

Jason’s starting off by speaking Greek. We know he’s sticking around. Spero’s an actor… not a good sign on this show. Ryan tells DeAnna right away he’s very strong in his faith, though he leaves out the being a virgin bit for now. DeAnna wants to know something funny from Luke… he tells her she looks great. Eric also speaks some Greek. Robert’s already dancing with her.

DeAnna will be able to give away three first impression roses.

Apparently not one to waste any time, she’s already made her first decision. Within about three minutes of walking in the door, DeAnna gives Jeremy the first rose.

Jason’s the first one to get some one-on-one time. They discuss how they’ve travelled. Then they get into family, where she brings up how her mom died when she was 12 (great first date conversation). He doesn’t want to bring up his son just yet.

Ryan goes out and grabs a blanket but fails to offer a shivering DeAnna his jacket or share much of the blanket with her. Noticing this, Spero gives her his jacket right in the middle of their conversation.

In their first conversation, Ron’s quick to bring up his ex-wife, letting DeAnna know he’s not hiding anything.

Chris admits that he’s cheated once before but says he won’t do it again.

Chef Robert hopes to impress her by cooking. He’s pretty impressed with himself.

Oyster farmer Luke is concerned that he won’t stand out, but he does give DeAnna a pearl he found.

Chris comes in clinking his glass, but it’s not quite time for the decision. Instead, he’s got a guest with him: the other season 11 finalist, Jenni, who’s apparently also over Brad and engaged.

Science nerd Richard, whose friends call him the best looking geek ever, has brought DeAnna a herkimer diamond, which is really just a quartz crystal, but is something from where he grew up.

Donato wants Jenni to sit on his lap. He’s done.

Eric is Greek and has a family that lives in Greece, so he’s looking for someone who is also Greek.

Jesse’s hoping to stand out as being different. But once Sean shows up, he’s just hoping to not get kicked in the head. The lemon kicking stunt goes just fine, though, and Sean manages to kick it off Jesse’s head without causing any damage.

DeAnna asks Jenni for her three picks for first impression rose. She says Graham, Jesse, and Jason. Considering how catty things got during their show, it’s interesting to see these two being friends.

The second first impression rose goes to Jesse, who has certainly stood out because of his very loud jacket.

Chandler does some duck calls and tells DeAnna he’s a hometown kind of guy.

Brian hopes to stand out because of his abs of steel. Except half of these guys have better bodies regardless of how impressed he may be by himself, and DeAnna’s not impressed by him anyway.

Paul is from small town Canada. She warns him not to jump in the pool since he’ll probably get pneumonia. He’s from Canada. He can deal with a little California “cold”. So he jumps in fully clothed. Then he takes off his clothes and reveals his bathing suit, which shows he’s got her name on his butt.

Graham is an investor in several different bars. Kinda like Brad. But he hopes to be able to setup a charity.

The final first impression rose goes to Richard, much to his surprise.

It’s time for the first rose ceremony. She says she understands what it’s like to be in Brad’s shoes (minus the whole not being able to give any of 25 women even the slightest hint of a chance merely because he hasn’t yet fallen in love with any of them).
