The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 10

As the only person on the losing team without immunity, Chism was eliminated in The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 9.

This week’s excuse: I can’t get out of my comfort zone. For the week, they’re switching trainers. Does that make them comfortable? They treat it like it’s the end of the world to be away from their trainers for a week. They’re going to have to get used to it unless they can get their trainers to relocate. In addition to the trainer twist, the team that wins the weigh in is the team that will vote, eliminating whatever member of the losing team they choose.

Dolvett works out his new black team, which is now an all female team. Once he gets done with that drama, he has an idea. Put on a pair of tights and join the girls for some ballet.

One thing about this week is that the target is someone on the opposite team. That leads to a different kind of strategy. Emily and Cassandra suggest eliminating Buddy. At the very least they know they want to get rid of some of the guys.

Their challenge is to dig through the mud and find weights. The prize is a 2 pound advantage. Each team will need to find 40 weights. It’s a close battle for a while, but at one point, Emily becomes her own worst enemy in the challenge, allowing the other team to open a 6 point lead. As the challenge approaches a close, the girls narrow the gap to 2. Then 1. In what turns out to be a close battle, the red team wins. The 2 pound advantage is not as big a deal for them as it would have been for the other team, but the key was to keep out of their hands.

Kim, Cassandra, and Emily approach Conda to discuss a girl power final four. Well, this plan was working out until they dragged Conda into the mix. She goes to Buddy and reveals all. In case they didn’t notice, Conda’s brother is still on the show.

Mark: 213 pounds (-2, 0.93%)
Buddy: 289 pounds (-5, 1.70%)
Kimmy: 165 pounds (-2, 1.20%)
Jeremy: 282 pounds (-7, 2.42%)
Kim: 182 pounds (-4, 2.15%)
Red Total: 1131 pounds (-20, -2, 1.91%)

Before the black team weighs in, Emily pipes up. She doesn’t think they’ll be able to win.

Cassandra: 172 pounds (-3, 1.71%)
Chris: 184 pounds (-1, 0.54%)
Megan: 204 pounds (-1, 0.49%)
Emily: 195 pounds (-4, 2.01%)
Conda: 228 pounds (-3, 1.30%)
Black Total: 983 pounds (-12, 1.21%)

In a pretty bad week across the board, the black team loses the weigh in by a large margin. That puts the power in the hands of the red team. As the player with the highest percentage of weight loss on her team, Emily has immunity.

The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 9

In one of the most ridiculous displays in the history of the show, the entire black team threw the weigh-in in The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 8 in an effort to get rid of Daphne, who also gained weight for the sake of leaving the house and drama, a request her team happily granted.

Alison warns them they’re not done yet, and she calls the red team into the elimination room. It’s time to face all of their excuses. Everybody is going home tomorrow. They will be there for 18 days. This long time could perhaps negate the black team’s huge advantage of having lost next to nothing last week. For each person who loses 5% of their body weight, that person will be immune. If everybody accomplishes this goal, there will be no elimination.

Their challenge is to row 10,000 meters. Reward is $1 per meter. Rowing machines are delivered to each of their homes so they can begin right now. Chism is the first to hit 3000 meters, and Kim is behind him. Jeremy mostly just wants to beat his sister sitting next to him. Mark started off slower than the others but manages to overtake Kim. At the 7300 mark, he starts to look to take the lead from his son. They’re neck and neck heading into the final 1000. What happens after that, we’ll have to wait to find out.

With the challenge over, so begins the lengthy discussion of how everything is a temptation.

When they return to the ranch, before they weigh in, they get the results of the competition. Places 4-11 are Emily, Jeremy, Megan, Conda, Kimmy, Cassandra, Buddy, and Chris. Chism beats his dad by 7 seconds, and Kim places third.

Buddy: 294 pounds (-23, 7.26%, immune)
Jeremy: 289 pounds (-20, 6.47%, immune)
Kimmy: 169 pounds (-10, 5.59%, immune)
Mark: 215 pounds (-11, 4.87%)
Kim: 186 pounds (-7, 3.63%)
Red Total: 1153 pounds (-71, 5.80%)

Conda: 231 pounds (-14, 5.71%, immune)
Emily: 199 pounds (-17, 7.87%, immune)
Megan: 205 pounds (-12, 5.53%, immune)
Chris: 185 pounds (-11, 5.61%, immune)
Cassandra: 175 pounds (-13, 6.91%, immune)
Chism: 282 pounds (-11, 3.75%)
Black Total: 1277 pounds (-78, 5.76%)

After the black team loses by 1 pound, as the only person without immunity on his team, Chism has been eliminated. His father begs them to let him fall on his sword instead, but those are the rules. If he really wanted things to be different, he should have thrown the weigh in. Chism realizes this is inevitable and accepts that he will just have to keep going at home.

The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 8

After losing 9 pounds in The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 7, Roy was told by his team that he is not committed to losing weight.

This week’s excuse: lack of self control.

Today, they have a choice. They can control themselves, or they can control this entire game. Sounds like a temptation. On the rotating table ahead of them are their favorite foods. There’s pasta, donuts, Reese’s, Chinese food, the full list of the bad foods that got them where they are today (in doses of double or triple what a normal person would eat). Kimmy loves deer meat. Deer burgers, deer kabobs, deer stew, deer creole, that’s about all I have to say about that. The person who eats the most in 3 minutes can change the teams however they want, and that person will remain anonymous, at least for now.

Mark: 2 plates of venison for 312 calories
Chris: Peanutbutter cups and pizza for 1039 calories
Chism: Nothing
Kimmy: Nothing
Conda: Nothing
Megan: Nothing
Kim: Peanutbutter cups for 210 calories
Emily: Nothing
Cassandra: Pizza and peanutbutter cups for 619 calories (while dramatically shaking the whole time)
Jeremy: Nothing
Daphne: Peanutbutter cups and more peanutbutter cups and more peanutbutter cups for a total of 1890 calories

Daphne is the clear winner, about which nobody would be surprised. She decided to change things. A little. She adds a drama queen to her team and sends her brother to the other team in her place. Jeremy heads to the red team; Conda heads to the black team. That’s it. Very strange. There does not seem to be any strategy or logic behind this move. Her explanation: it was personal. Daphne denies eating, in spite of every finger in the house pointing her way.

They arrive at a shipyard. Each team has a giant puzzle, which they must solve, moving around each of the 200 pound puzzle pieces. Following the switch, the black team is now down to 1 guy with 6 women, giving them a big strength disadvantage, though that doesn’t seem terribly critical in this challenge. Every member of the winning team gets 2 weeks at The Biggest Loser Resort. Daphne immediately volunteers to sit out for the black team, and Chris will sit out as well. Mark will be the eyes for his team; Chism will be the eyes for his team. It’s father against son, but it eventually becomes clear that Chism has no clue what he’s doing. Red team wins the challenge.

Bob suggests that Daphne tell the truth. It’s not like some great big secret seeing as everybody in the house knows. She reluctantly apologizes to people who don’t want to hear what she has to say.

Daphne is under the impression her team is purposely trying to lose the weigh in so that they get rid of her. She is not wrong. Someone needs to be smart about this because the person with the highest percentage of weight loss on the losing team is immune. If Daphne’s the only one making any effort, that will be her.

Jeremy: 309 pounds (-11, 3.44%)
Kim: 193 pounds (-7, 3.50%)
Mark: 226 pounds (-8, 3.42%)
Kimmy: 179 pounds (-5, 2.72%)
Buddy: 317 pounds (-12, 3.65%)
Red Total: 1224 pounds (-43, 3.39%)

Chris: 196 pounds (-5, 2.49%)
Megan: 217 pounds (-2, 0.91%)
Chism: 293 pounds (-5, 1.68%)
Cassandra: 188 pounds (-1, 0.53%)
Emily: 216 pounds (-2, 0.92%)
Conda: 246 pounds (+1, 0.41%)
Daphne: 226 pounds (+2, 0.89%)
Black Total: 1582 pounds (-12, 0.75%)

I was fully prepared to call the black team dumbasses for following Conda’s ridiculously stupid plan to throw the weigh in, which was on course to fail miserably. With Daphne also throwing the weigh in, she’s done. If ever there were no need for either a vote or any discussion, this is it.

The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 7

In a predictable turn of events in The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 6, Adrian was eliminated.

Conda defends their actions. Percentagewise, Adrian was at the bottom. (Except for the 3 people who did worse than him.)

Bob and Dolvett will pick one person each to be sent home. That person’s weight is the only weight that will count this week, and Bob and Dolvett will be going with them. Dolvett chooses Conda; Bob chooses Daphne. Thus we get the Conda vs. Daphne showdown that the producers wanted at the top of the show when we got a cat fight. Let the obnoxiousness continue. Bob realizes that Daphne has a point to prove, which he hopes will push her to victory. Though their weights won’t count, the rest of the teams are competing for a 1 pound advantage for their teammates.

Chris is upset. She needed Bob. Apparently, that takes precedence over the other six people who also need him, which is his fault. So now, she has been betrayed.

Dolvett gets some insight into why Conda’s a bitch. She is angry with her father after her parents’ divorce.

Without a trainer to push them, Roy shows up late for the workout. His excuse is his age. The good news for the red team is that they already had to do this last week, and they proved they could put up decent numbers on their own. The black team, however, doesn’t seem capable of committing themselves to the concept of a Bob-free week. They reluctantly create a workout routine that they get through with a minimum of energy expended.

The prize for the challenge is Valentine’s letters from home. More importantly, they receive a 1 pound advantage, which for 1 person at this stage of the game can potentially be a big deal. They will have to dig under each of three logs so they can get everyone on their team (plus a dummy) to the finish line. Emily opts to sit out for the black team because nobody else (such as the biggest guy, Jeremy) wants to. Black team manages to shove Cassandra through the first log first. That lead quickly evaporates, and things won’t be getting any better when Jeremy and Chism have to get through. Red team starts on the second log first. They retain their lead through the third log. In a challenge that was over before it started, red team wins.

For her last chance workout, Conda will workout with a girls’ basketball team. Bob’s surprise for Daphne is stair climbing, 103 floors in under an hour.

Chris: 201 pounds (-5, 2.43%)
Jeremy: 320 pounds (-6, 1.84%)
Emily: 218 pounds (-5, 2.24%)
Megan: 219 pounds (-4, 1.79%)
Cassandra: 189 pounds (-6, 3.08%)
Chism: 298 pounds (-7, 2.30%)
Black Total: 1445 pounds (-33, 2.23%)

Kimmy: 184 pounds (-4, 2.13%)
Buddy: 329 pounds (-7, 2.08%)
Roy: 252 pounds (-9, 3.45%)
Kim: 200 pounds (-9, 4.31%)
Mark: 234 pounds (-10, 4.10%)
Red Total: 1199 pounds (-39, 3.15%)

With red team’s easy win, Conda adds a second pound to her existing advantage.

Daphne: 224 pounds (-12, 5.08%)
Conda: 245 pounds (-10, -2, 4.71%)

Both women put up big numbers, but in spite of the 2 pound weight advantage, Conda misses by 1 pound. Bob made a smart play, choosing the person who had a personal vendetta to settle. Removing the 2 pound advantage puts Kim at the top of the leaderboard for the losing team, giving her immunity for the week.

The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 6

The red team lost in The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 5 but were again too stupid to get rid of the anchor that’s weighing them down, Conda, instead opting to eliminate Nancy while berating returnee Darian.

Following the elimination, much bickering continues. This is getting annoying. I am getting a headache.

This week’s excuse: “I can’t lose weight on my own.” The team that loses the challenge this week will lose their trainer for the week. Their trainers will be suspended above a dunk tank. Whoever drops their trainer loses him. Everybody hangs on for 10 minutes. Red team begins to drop first. After 20 minutes, everybody is still in. Then 25 minutes. 30. 35. Kimmy is the first one to let go, and so begins the domino effect. Mark is next. In quick succession, Kim, Conda, and Buddy fall. Adrian and Roy let go last, and Dolvett finds himself all kinds of wet.

Megan trains horses, but she’s too heavy to ride them. One of her ultimate goals in this process is to be able to do rodeos.

In Dolvett’s absence, Kim decides to take control and be the red team’s leader. Although Dolvett may not be able to talk to them, he can still see and monitor what they are doing. He can also hear… Conda whining.

In her second week on campus, Daphne finds herself lagging behind the others, worrying that it will be seen as a weakness. Unlike her brother, though, she does not seem to be the obvious target. For that matter, I’m not sure there are any targets on the black team, whereas the red team is looking for their next victim. Of course, if they do go to elimination, she would be an easy person to go after.

They head to a restaurant for an ordering lesson with Rachael Ray. Rattling off the dishes they would have eaten before coming to the ranch, they easily run their meals up over 3000 calories for just one meal, with food choices such as pasta, fries, and multiple desserts. Then the lesson begins and they learn they can eat out but still eat healthy, with such simple changes as dressing on the side and asking for the food to be prepared without oil.

Dolvett returns for last chance workout. He thanks Kim for taking over the leadership role. Now for the bad news. He views them as a team divided. Conda spent so much time complaining about Adrian. For that matter, there are a lot of things she complained about. He brought a list. That said, Adrian’s biggest obstacle is that he doesn’t listen to anybody.

Conda: 255 pounds (8, 3.04%)
Kim: 209 pounds (-6, 2.79%)
Roy: 261 pounds (-7, 2.61%)
Kimmy: 188 pounds (-5, 2.59%)
Mark: 244 pounds (-7, 2.79%)
Buddy: 336 pounds (-9, 2.61%)
Adrian: 325 pounds (-9, 2.69%)
Red Total: 1818 pounds (-51, 2.73%)

Mark expected more from Adrian than he delivered. After all, Mark beat him by 0.10%. If you’re gonna pick on someone for no reason, at least just admit why you’re doing it. No need to dance around the team’s personal dislike for him.

Daphne: 236 pounds (-8, 3.28%)
Cassandra: 195 pounds (-5, 2.50%)
Chris: 206 pounds (-5, 2.37%)
Megan: 223 pounds (-6, 2.62%)
Emily: 223 pounds (-7, 3.04%)
Jeremy: 326 pounds (-12, 3.55%)
Chism: 305 pounds (-13, 4.09%)
Black Total: 1714 pounds (-56, 3.16%)

Black team wins again as it continues to operate as a unit. On the other hand, the red team loses again. As the person with the highest percentage of weight loss on her team, Conda is safe. Do we even need to sit through the formality of a vote? Everybody knows what’s going to happen here.

He dismisses himself from the table and asks that everybody avoid his sister.

The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 5

In an abridged The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 4, Gail’s failure to peform finally led to her departure. I suspect we’re in for more interruptions yet again tonight with the Florida polls closing at 8, but with the results being known so early, Brian Williams tells us he’s going to stop talking soon.

Having been off the ranch and at home for 30 days, the aqua team is back. Pulling them away before they could get in the house was a bit cruel, but the challenge they have faced is both fair and easily doable. Sure, for people who don’t really want to do it, it’s simple to come up with any of a number of excuses, but those who put their minds to it merely need to learn to say no occasionally and do some basic math about what they’re putting in their bodies.

Daphne: 245 pounds (-26, 9.59%)
Adrian: 336 pounds (-34, 9.19%)

Having lost a total of 60 pounds, the aqua team has earned a second chance to come back into the game. By the way, you will now be separated. They both want to be with Bob. After a game of rock, paper, scissors, Daphne joins Bob’s black team. As long as they do not gain weight, they will be immune.

Meanwhile, everybody around them is making an extra effort to whine, especially Kim and Conda (who doesn’t like anybody). It’s not fair. It’s just not fair. Get used to it. The twists are just getting started.

Adrian tells the story about how hard he’s been working while he’s been home. He has been working out 14 hours a day.

Hoping to avoid a repeat of last week, Chris starts kissing up to the boys who voted to get rid of her last week after she talked about quitting. Daphne lucked out. She walked into a team divided. That makes her less likely to be target number one.

Conda has decided she can’t stand Adrian. Welcome to the club. I assume the feeling is mutual.

At the challenge, the teams will bounce balls over a wall that the contestants on the other side will catch and run through the sand to put in a net. The team that wins will be able to choose one player from each team whose weight will not count. Roy and Chism sit out for medical reasons. Nancy sits out for the red team. It’s a back and forth battle throughout the first half of the challenge. Eventually, things fall apart for the black team, though, and the red team builds a huge lead. Red team wins the challenge.

Red team calls an intervention. Mark fears that the cattiness will impact them as a team. Nancy inquires whether anybody there is in the eighth grade. I’ve got an idea. Get rid of Conda like you should have weeks ago. That should solve your issues, and those of the viewers. In any event, the intervention fails.

When confronted by Dolvett, Adrian pretends that everything is fine within the team. Not one to take the BS, Dolvett calls his own intervention. They make an effort to pretend to respect his input.

Having won the challenge, the red team can choose one person to sit out of the weigh in from each team. Megan will sit out for the black team; Nancy will sit out for the red team.

Nancy: 196 pounds (-4, 2.00%)
Megan: 229 pounds (-9, 3.78%)

Both of their picks look like they were pretty good.

Daphne: 244 pounds (-1, 0.41%, immune)
Chism: 318 pounds (-2, 0.63%)
Emily: 230 pounds (-5, 2.13%)
Chris: 211 pounds (-4, 1.86%)
Cassandra: 200 pounds (-6, 2.91%)
Jeremy: 338 pounds (-9, 2.59%)
Black Total: 1541 pounds (-27, 1.72%)

Darian: 334 pounds (-2, 0.60%, immune)
Kim: 215 pounds (-5, 2.27%)
Kimmy: 193 pounds (-4, 2.03%)
Roy: 268 pounds (-4, 1.47%)
Mark: 251 pounds (-4, 1.57%)
Buddy: 345 pounds (-8, 2.27%)
Conda: 263 pounds (-2, 0.75%)
Red Total: 1869 pounds (-29, 1.53%)

In hindsight, their Megan pick was spot on, not surprising after she lost 2 pounds last week. However, the Nancy pick was not the best, as 4 people lost a lower percentage of weight. If they had sat out Adrian instead of Nancy, red team would have won, but there’s no way anybody could have predicted that result.

Despite the low numbers, the black team manages to pull out the win. Brother and sister land with a thud, both saying there’s too much food in the house, but it’s moot since they are immune. As the person with the highest percentage of weight loss on the losing team, Kim is safe.

Mark takes the opportunity to point out that Adrian’s weight loss is suspicious and that he thinks he’s playing the game. Is this really the best time to discuss this? You can’t vote for him. I’m not so sure I buy into the game playing theory anyway. We’ve seen people gain 17 pounds in a week before. In this scenario, you gain weight, you lose immunity, and you go home. Too much of a risk for me, though certainly plausible.

Can we finally get rid of Conda?

The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 4

Black team dominated face off week in The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 3, sending Lauren packing.

This week’s excuse is not having a gym. For the team that loses this challenge, they will not have access to the gym this week.

They will have to answer a series of questions. For each one they get right, they can go through the door. For each one they get wrong, they’ll have to climb through an obstacle. Buddy is at home expecting the birth of his child. Gail will also sit out for the black team. This marks Nancy’s first challenge.

Which common vegetable is a very good source of vitamin C? Cauliflower or carrots.
Cauliflower. The incorrect answer leads the black team through the mud pit.

If you are using a tablespoon of oil to cook with, which is the worst for you? Peanut oil or vegetable oil.
Vegetable oil. Black team again heads into the mud.

What food builds the most muscle? Chicken or fish.
Fish. Both teams end up in the mud.

Which contains the most antioxidants? Pinto beans or blackberries.
Pinto beans. Again both teams are wrong.

Which of these foods contain the most protein? 4 hard boiled eggs or 1 cup of 1% lowfat cottage cheese.
Cottage cheese. Both teams are wrong for the third time.

Having turned in a less than stellar performance, the red team still wins the challenge over the black team, which got every question wrong.

Chris has decided she doesn’t want to be here any more, and she locks herself in the bathroom. Not another one. For the time being, Bob is able to talk some sense into her.

Without access to a gym, Bob’s going to have to get creative so his team can get their workouts. They head outdoors and tell us how cold it is. In California.

Nancy has a question for Dolvett. Have you ever given birth? His frustration with her is just the start. Conda hates him. Like she hates everybody else. She serves as nothing but a distraction, which is why I don’t understand their logic for keeping her last week. He shows her the door. As for Bob, he continues to struggle with Gail.

Apparently it’s going to take an hour and a half to tell us that the state of the union is as bad as it was last year, so we’re greeted by a very prompt end to tonight’s show, with the weigh in starting at the 35 minute mark. Buddy returns in time to hit the scales.

Emily: 235 pounds (-9, 3.69%)
Chism: 320 pounds (-12, 3.61%)
Cassandra: 206 pounds (-6, 2.83%)
Jeremy: 347 pounds (-11, 3.07%)
Gail: 297 pounds (-5, 1.66%)
Chris: 215 pounds (-7, 3.15%)
Megan: 238 pounds (-2, 0.83%)
Black Total: 1858 pounds (-52, 2.72%)

Buddy: 353 pounds (-10, 2.75%)
Roy: 272 pounds (-6, 2.16%)
Kimmy: 197 pounds (-6, 2.96%)
Mark: 255 pounds (-11, 4.14%)
Kim: 220 pounds (-10, 4.35%)
Nancy: 200 pounds (-5, 2.44%)
Conda: 265 pounds (-10, 3.64%)
Red Total: 1762 pounds (-58, 3.19%)

Lack of access to the gym leads to Bob’s team losing. As The Biggest Loser for her team this week, Emily is safe. It’s a battle between the person who seems the least dedicated versus the person who threatened to quit.

The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 3

In between the political coverage and following a stupid bet by his team and much whining from Conda, Mike found himself on the losing end of the vote in The Biggest Loser Season 13 Episode 2.

They are greeted by the smell of Chinese food. There are 41,000 Chinese restaurants in the US, more than McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and Burger King combined.

This week, each member of the red team will face off against one member of the black team. In that face off, the winner earns a point for their team at the weigh in. The prize at temptation is a 2 pound advantage. If nobody eats or if they eat the same amount, they will automatically be matched up against their loved ones.

After the other team leaves the room, they are given 5 minutes to discuss and eat what they want. In spite of that warning, the red team refuses to eat anything, even a 30 calorie fortune cookie. Unlike the red team, in which only Roy supported the concept of eating something that could be burned off in a minute or two, most of the black team seems to support at least eating the lowest calorie food item. A debate ensues. Cassandra eats one, and she eats a whole other one as well, giving her control for just 60 calories. She can keep the two pounds for herself or split it amongst her team, and she will also choose the matches.

Conda (5.44% lost) vs. Cassandra (7.95% lost)

Joe packs his bags and says he’s quitting. Two whole weeks is apparently enough for him. In the season that’s supposed to be about no excuses, missing your family seems like one of the more convenient ones that could be used. At the end of the day, he should still benefit from his time on the ranch, but he obviously hasn’t learned what he went there to learn. For his team, this is the worst possible week in which he could leave, as they are depending on individual efforts now more than ever.

Gail continues to test Bob’s patience in the gym. Cassandra finds herself struggling as well, but she pushes through it and has a breakthrough.

The trainers pit the competing contestants against each other in various exercises. Emily beats Roy. Cassandra beats Conda, who has an excuse that it must be because Cassandra’s a cheater. Cassandra feels like kicking her ass. Who doesn’t?

The challenge is to get to the prize in the center of some ice, which they must melt with water they pump and then pass along the course by dumping it from each teammate’s bucket into the next. Nancy sits out for the red team. Megan says she lives on a farm doing chores like this. Apparently not. With her unable to get any water to the rest of the team, Bob swaps her out with Chris, and the water finally starts moving. On the other end of the course, Kimmy is afraid of heights, a ladder. Black team is closing the gap, but the red team retains their lead to win the challenge. The prize is a video chat with their families. Mark, Lauren, and Roy opt to give their prizes to their loved ones. Buddy gives his to Mark.

With two weeks down and two to go, Bob surprises the aqua team with a visit and a workout. Unlike Joe, they seem to really want to be on the ranch.

In order to get Conda to shut up, Dolvett arranged a rematch between her and Cassandra. She still isn’t shutting up, but hopefully she will (albeit ever so briefly) when she loses again.

Because Joe quit, his team forfeits his point, one of the ones they were originally most likely to win. Cassandra gives 1 pound to Megan and 1 pound to Gail, both of whom were pretty heavily outmatched based on the performances so far.

Nancy: 205 pounds (-2, 0.97%)
1-0 red team

Megan: 239 pounds (-8, -1, 3.63%)
Buddy: 363 pounds (-9, 2.42%)
1-1 tie

Gail: 302 pounds (-6, -1, 2.27%)
Kimmy: 203 pounds (-3, 1.46%)
2-1 black team

Jeremy: 358 pounds (-11, 2.98%)
Lauren: 230 pounds (-3, 1.29%)
3-1 black team

Emily: 244 pounds (-6, 2.40%)
Roy: 278 pounds (-9, 3.14%)
3-2 black team

Chris: 222 pounds (-4, 1.77%)
Mark: 266 pounds (-8, 2.92%)
3-3 tie

Chism: 332 pounds (-9, 2.64%)
Kim: 230 pounds (-6, 2.54%)
4-3 black team

Cassandra: 212 pounds (-8, 3.64%)
Conda: 275 pounds (-3, 1.08%)
5-3 black team

This puts Cassandra at the top of the leaderboard for the season thus far. Having won 5 out of 7 face offs, the black team wins the weigh in. Conda picks a fight with Dolvett because he doesn’t believe she’s doing her homework, and the scale suggests he’s right. Now she’s pissed off at him, too. Clearly somebody has an attitude problem if she’s going to keep getting into it with everybody. She’ll need to get over herself before she can improve herself. In the meantime, can she be sent home now? Please?

With 4 votes, Lauren is not The Biggest Loser. Since she came to the ranch, Lauren has lost 53 pounds, and she ran a half marathon in under 3 hours. Her goal is to his 130 pounds by the finale, which would give her a decent shot at the at home prize, and seems entirely achieveable.
