With the yellow line making its first appearance this year, Tumi was eliminated in The Biggest Loser Season 15 Episode 11.
This week, the contestants go away. They will be training at the Olympic Training Center in Utah. Though they get to see some sights and meet some new people, they’re ultimately worried that the change in routine will bring about bad results on the scale.
Rachel has come prepared. She made all her food for the week before they left, so unlike the others who can easily fall off the wagon, she should be good to go. She at least has clearly learned her lesson.
Their challenge is curling, an actual sport we’re told. They will be pushing 100 pound curling stones and try to get inside the red circle. First to 3 points will advance. Jay says he has no interest at all in winning because he is too much of a threat. Rachel has no such hang ups, and she joins Bobby in the final round. In the second heat, David and Chelsea advance. Rachel ends up winning the $5,000 prize, and not everybody is happy about it.
Bob predicts the weigh in is going to suck, and somebody is going to gain weight. That somebody may well be Bobby, who ended up binging at the start of the week, turning to food because of the pressure of being back at the ranch.
From her starting weight of 319 pounds, Tumi is down to 180 pounds today. With those numbers, she’s a threat to win the at home prize.
Their next challenge is at the bobsled track. But they won’t be going down it. No, they have to run up it. This track is 1 mile long, and the elevation ranges from 7000-7400 feet above sea level. The prize this time is a 1 pound advantage. Jay and Rachel are the only ones who are actually running. They run neck and neck until about half way when Rachel pulls ahead by a good distance. As Jay struggles to regain control of his breathing, Rachel easily wins the challenge plus a ride on the bobsled.
Becky from season 12 has kept the weight off and continued losing. She is now participating in Teaching Gardens, a program designed to teach kids about planting healthy foods.
The weigh in takes place at the Nordic Ski Jump.

Bobby and Jay, the two people who gained weight, have fallen below the yellow line. Jay has done an awesome job, but he’s at a wall with very little more weight left to lose.

With 4 votes, Jay is not The Biggest Loser. He leaves 8 pounds away from his goal weight. Bobby is the bigger threat, except in the triathlon, but they want to keep him around because he is struggling.
