Every year since 2004, The Biggest Loser has occupied NBC’s Tuesday night time slot in the fall, typically for 2 hours to help fill NBC’s empty schedule. Hope you weren’t expecting that to happen again this year.
The Biggest Loser is absent from NBC’s fall schedule for the upcoming season. The network that brought you Deal or No Deal 4 times a week will be giving us The Voice twice a week twice a year, until we’re sick of it (too late), to be followed by new comedies Go On and The New Normal, with Parenthood finishing out the night.
A start date for the next Biggest Loser has been scheduled yet, but it is currently slated for midseason.
