Ramon won the marathon in The Biggest Loser Season 12 Episode 12, putting him in the finals with John and Antone. Tonight one of them will be The Biggest Loser Season 12 winner.
We start off with a performance of the theme song. Yeah, so whatever happened to Proud? I’ve got that and Shannon Noll’s Lift on my iPod. This new song, Brand New Book by Train, is not nearly as catchy.
Tonight’s finale will only be 2 hours long. You know what that means, right? Not enough time to weigh in everybody. Only three people can weigh in for the $100,000 at home prize. The others will get a bit of time on stage before being sent into the audience after their weight is revealed.

At the conclusion of last week, John had a 5.55% lead over Antone. Not insurmountable, but it’ll make it difficult for them to catch him. He will decide the order of the final weigh in.
Dr. H has some stats for the finalists. None of them have severe fatty hepatitis like the used to, and they shrunk their livers an average of 25%. Ramon and John have been cured of diabetes. Their average combined body fat is 15%, a finale record. Lastly, as a group, they added 54 years to their lives.
Ramon: 201 pounds (-154, 43.38%)

The Biggest Loser will be back again for season 13 in 3 weeks. Anna Kournikova will not be returning, having had her share of run ins with both the cast and crew. Dolvett, however, will be. Seems they have found their replacement for Jillian. Yawn. I guess he’s okay, but he’s no Bob or Jillian. They will be joined by… Santa Claus. He will be on the ranch with Mrs. Claus, as all the teams are paired up with their families. Minus the being paired up part. One member of each team will train with Bob, and the other member will train with Dolvett.
