Tuesday March 24 Schedule

As they make way for a(nother) Presidential address, the networks will be making the following changes to their schedules:
ABC
They’ve just been trying to fill this hour with whatever they can, so whatever would have been in the 8PM time slot will be preempted.
CBS
NCIS and The Mentalist will air one hour later, with Without a Trace being preempted.
Fox
American Idol will air on Wednesday (up against the Survivor recap episode) and Thursday (up against NCAA March Madness) instead of Tuesday and Wednesday.
A rerun of House will air Tuesday at 9PM.
Lie to Me will be preempted on Wednesday.
Bones will be preempted on Thursday.
NBC
The Biggest Loser will air one hour later from 9-11, preempting Law & Order: SVU
The CW
No schedule changes as usual. Reaper will air a new episode.

In theory, this could benefit Reaper from those who want to surf away from the President, although typically The CW is unimpacted either positively or negatively by such events.
