Ed is a laid-back Southern chef. He is sincere and an extremely hard worker while running his own “one-man-show†catering business. With specialties like his irresistible mac’n’cheese, and shrimp and grits, how could he resist not tasting his dishes all day long? Ed was raised in a home where food was the center of everything. He began to really put on weight in his early teen years due to a combination of laziness and junk food. With his wife, Heba, Ed keeps a very busy social calendar where wine, food and friends make it hard to stay healthy. An all-around good soul, Ed wants to change his life in hopes of having a family someday. He is ready to turn his life around for good!
This hard-working, super-social husband and wife are always on the go! Both extremely competitive, they definitely help balance each other out. Heba brings the fire and energy and Ed cools things down with his laid-back Southern charm. They complete each other on many levels; from inspiring each other’s competitive spirits to being each other’s biggest cheerleaders. They have a giant love for life and it is obvious to everyone who knows them!

Hi Ed, I hope that you are doing well. I so enjoyed seeing you on the show. I am Michael Morgan’s Mom (Spring Hope). When the first episode came on there was something so familiar about you but I could not put my finger on it, then this week you reacted to something that Bob said with a roll of your eyes and then I knew it was you. (No offense but back when you were playing Little League your Dad called you BA (bad attitude) for roling your eyes at him when he was yelling at you out in the field). You look great, you have done so well. I will keep watching Heba and I am pulling for her to win!!! I hope that your family is well. I can’t wait to tell Michael you are on the show. Take care. The reason they didn’t pick Heba is because she has been so evil all season, along with Vicky, which really shouldn’t have been so surprising on the show tonight. I’m really glad you didn’t win. Congratulations Michelle!!!
Thats right Kitty, America played the “Heba & Vicki” game back on Heba. Which costed Ed, Heba, Vicki & Brady the quarter million. You could see Ed’s face drop when the name was announced. I voted for Ed just to keep Heba from the finals. Seems 85% of America did as well. Wasn’t Heba’s % rate higher than Michelles, which would have been enough to win? Karam……how they treated people this season is how America threated/twisted them!! Yay for Michelle……you go Girl.
