Big Brother 10 Episode 3

Brian played the game hard from the minute he stepped in the house. Too hard. Jessie’s veto win in Big Brother 10 Episode 2 gave the house (led by Brian’s ally of two days Ollie) the opportunity they needed, and eight of them walked in the HOH room and demanded that Jerry put Brian up on the block.

Julie Chen’s got a live audience to screw up in front of this year. Does this make rigging the competitions more difficult or less difficult?

After nominations, Brian realizes that Dan was loyal but that Ollie was the ringleader and will flip without hesitation. Brian’s bitter with Jerry’s decision (which if he didn’t make he would have been a goner) and calls his honor into question.

Dan says he won’t compromise his word for the money. Good thing this conversation is being recorded so we can call him a hypocrite in a few weeks.

Now that the boys are out of the way, Ollie and April are free to play. Ollie feels he will be the sucker in this. Typically, that’s how it plays out.

With the idiotic day one alliance now dead, the guys hope to break up the new power trio of girls.

Brian’s got Dan, and he appears to have Steven. Now he just needs to find three more votes plus get Jerry.

Since he finally realizes he’s not in control of anything, he wants to get the house to enjoy his company so that they won’t want to vote him out. It doesn’t hurt that he’s up against Renny, who nobody likes. In a sock puppet eviction, Brian loses by a vote of 3-0. Julie may be getting concerned she’ll be replaced. He’s got Angie on his side as well. His next hope is Memphis (the guy he tried to get backdoored) and Jessie (the guy he got put up on the block in the first place, though he does hate Renny).

Keesha believes she overhears a group of people talking about her, which leads to an explosion between her and April. Apparently April does not trust her or something. Except the only reason April doesn’t trust her is because she thinks April doesn’t trust her.

Jessie tells Julie the hatchet has not been buried. Renny wants him to do as he says.

Libra isn’t concerned about the critics and says that she just needs her family to support what she’s doing.

Jerry says he doesn’t regret being put in the position of HOH and just did what he could considering it’s a game. He’s happy with the girls (who he calls Jerry’s Angels), as he believes they saved him by warning him he was in trouble if he kept his alliance with Brian.

Votes
April: Brian
Libra: Brian
Michelle: Brian
Ollie: Brian
Dan: Renny
Jessie: Brian
Keesha: Brian
Memphis: Brian
Steven: Brian
Angie: Brian

By a vote of 9-1, Brian has been evicted from the Big Brother house. He had potential, but he blew it by forming an alliance or three with everybody within the first days. The only one dumb enough to go against the plan is Dan, but it’s not as if he didn’t already have a huge target on his back. Brian hopes Dan will do well but believes Memphis will win, which is the reason why he wanted to get rid of him.

The power is back up for grabs. It’s majority rules.

Who does the house believe is more likely to commission a life size portrait of himself? Brian or Jessie?
The majority says Jessie. Only Memphis is wrong.

Who would you trust as a fashion consultant? Renny or April?
The majority says April. Renny and Keesha are eliminated.

Who would the house rather see wear only a bikini for the summer? Angie or Keesha?
The majority says Keesha. Michelle, Dan, and April are eliminated.

Whose life story would you rather read in 50 years? Memphis or Dan?
Everyone says Memphis.

Who wore the Big Brother honey the best? Jerry or Jessie?
The majority says Jessie. Angie is eliminated.

Who is vain enough to think they will be the majority’s choice for this question? Libra or Steven?
Everyone says Steven.

Who would convert to another religion to satisfy their partner? Dan or Ollie?
Everyone says Ollie.

Who is most likely to never get divorced? Michelle or Memphis?
This is a tie.

The final question is a tiebreaker. How many total pillows were on the giant bed at the start of the Sweet Dreams, Honey competition? The correct answer is 300, so Jessie’s answer of 200 is the closest. Typical Big Brother. From the bottom of the pack to the top in one week.
