So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 19

The top 8 danced in So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 18, and tonight two more will go home. This marks the 100th episode.

Starting with the girls. Melissa is safe. Kayla is in the bottom two. Janette has never been in the bottom, but she is now. Huh? Jeanine is safe.

The boys go next. Jason is in the bottom. Ade is safe. Evan’s support continues and keeps him safe. Can merely being a likeable guy keep carrying him? Brandon is in the bottom two.

Janette Manrara has been eliminated. Wow. Boo America. The only thing I can think is her fans got complacent and assumed she was safe. Janette was Mia’s favorite, and Nigel is in agreement in thinking she was going to win. This ruins the whole 100th episode celebration for him. She learned how much she loves to dance, so she’s going to keep doing it.

Jason Glover has been eliminated. Not nearly the shock of the first one. I was half expecting America to vote out Brandon after that.

Stay tuned to dingoRUE for another live recap of So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 20, which airs Wednesday at 8/7c on Fox.

So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 18

Kupono and Randi were eliminated in So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 17, and tonight the top 8 dance.

Mia Michaels and Ellen DeGeneres both join the judges. What Ellen knows about dancing I’m not sure. Oh, and Nigel’s a doctor. Like how Bill Cosby’s a doctor, although at least he delivered babies on the TV.

Group Dance
Style: Fusion
Choreographer: Travis Wall
Routine: It’s a rave
Song: Let It Rock by Kevin Rudolf featuring Lil Wayne
Nigel: Great opening. All terrific.
Ellen: I can do that.
Mary: Great dancing. Great costumes. Great choreography. Nobody to pick on.
Mia: Loved it. Had a blast.

This week the boys will be picking their partners out of hats.

Evan Kasprzak & Janette Manrara
Style: Jazz
Choreographer: Sonya Tayeh
Routine: Getting people to shut up
Song: Move (Metronomy Remix) by CSS
Nigel: Evan’s finally delivering more. Janette is absolutely wonderful.
Ellen: I can do that, too. Amazing, like the wine I had before I came out here.
Mary: Really good job by Evan, although he could have been a little rougher toward the end. Janette just can’t take a wrong step out there.
Mia: Evan made a step in the right direction, but still needs more. Janette’s my favorite this season.

Brandon Bryant & Jeanine Mason
Style: Waltz
Choreographer: Hunter Johnson
Song: May It Be by Hayley Westenra
Nigel: Such a demanding routine, and the music sounded like pulling teeth (I was distracted by the music because I quite liked it, though I can see where it would be called slow). Didn’t really get as much as expected.
Ellen: I forget my point, but I thought you two were fantastic.
Mary: It was a sloooow waltz. Takes unbelievable control. Respectable considering. Lines could have went further.
Mia: Next time, Brandon, don’t dream about birds and bunnies. Not magical. Too many hiccups.

Ade Abayomi & Melissa Sandvig
Style: Chacha
Choreographers: Tony Meredith & Melanie Lapatin
Song: Yeah (Como Goza Mi Morena) by Chino Espinoza Y Los Duenos Del Son
Nigel: Pretty good. Melissa turned out a little too much and was over the top being sexy. Ade’s got great stature but could have sizzled a bit more. Lovely choreography. Well danced.
Ellen: Are you carpenters? Because you nailed it.
Mary: Ade’s bum was perched up so high, bum apparently being a term she’s heard from Nigel. That caused both of their feet to slide all over the place. A little below what was expected.
Mia: Ade’s worst performance this season. Thrown all over the place and not down and dirty. Melissa did excellent for a ballerina.

Jason Glover & Kayla Rodomski
Style: Broadway
Choreographer: Tyce Diorio
Song: Mr. Monotony (from Jerome Robbins Broadway) by Kim Criswell
Nigel: Jason’s toes and feet were terrific. Kayla’s lines are beautiful as usual.
Ellen: These are good seats.
Mary: Seemed to flow effortlessly. Jason was cool and suave… and some grunting noise. Kayla’s riding first class.
Mia: Amazing. Want Jason to work on his upper body. Kayla should sing and act to take Broadway to storm.

Evan Kasprzak & Janette Manrara
Style: Rumba
Choreographers: Tony Meredith & Melanie Lapatin
Song: Heartless by Kris Allen
Nigel: Smooth and very sexy, but hard to get votes with that routine. Janette’s got the sensual feel down pat. Evan looks drowsy.
Ellen: Evan is a special guy, apparently. Janette is amazing.
Mary: Evan did a really good job. On time and well connected. Janette is little miss fire and spice and flavor.
Mia: What Evan brings to the stage, there’s not a lot of people that bring that. Evan was sexy, but with a Zoolander face. Nothing more to say about Janette.

Brandon Bryant & Jeanine Mason
Style: Pop Jazz
Choreographer: Laurieann Gibson
Song: Battlefield by Jordin Sparks
Nigel: That’s all I’m asking. Exactly what we want. Jeanine was fantastic staying with Brandon, who was strong. Hooray. At last.
Ellen: Make it appealing to join some kind of armed forces.
Mary: Strong. Powerful. Dynamic. Just hit it all the time.
Mia: Danced in a place that was more than dance. Brandon’s such a powerhouse, and Jeanine kept up with him. Wow.

Ade Abayomi & Melissa Sandvig
Style: Contemporary
Choreographer: Tyce Diorio
Routine: About a woman who has breast cancer
Song: This Woman’s Work by Maxwell
Nigel: That’s why I love dance so much. It can express so many emotions without use of words. If this isn’t an Emmy nomination next year, it will be a surprise. One of the most memorable routines on this show. Ade’s strength gave Melissa the courage to do a lot of the jumps, and Melissa’s maturity let her perform the routine.
Ellen: The most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.
Mary: Don’t think I’ll ever forget it. Gift of love, compassion, and hope.
Mia: What an important piece of work. Wish I had the strength Ade had in this piece for my daddy. Melissa is an angel.

Jason Glover & Kayla Rodomski
Style: Hip Hop
Choreographer: Shane Sparks
Routine: Zombies
Song: They’re Everywhere by Izza Kizza
Nigel: Very sort of Michael Jackson inspired. Got something together there. Enjoyable.
Ellen: Keep dancing like that, and you’ll have your own talk show some day.
Mary: Really hit it hard. Loved every second of it.
Mia: Favorite piece from Shane on this show. Disturbingly hot.

So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 17

The top 10 danced in So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 16, and tonight two more will go home.

The Emmys were announced, and So You Think You Can Dance was nominated for 4 for choreographers:

Mia Michaels’ routine performed by Twitch & Katee
Tabitha & Napoleon Dumo’s routine performed by Chelsie & Mark
Tyce Diorio’s routine performed by Jessica & Will
Dmitry Chaplin’s routine performed by Chelsie & Joshua

The makeup department also got nominated.

Nigel’s not there tonight. He’s receiving a(n honorary) doctorate of arts. Yeah, the judges really are that pointless on elimination night now.

We start off with the girls. Janette is safe. Randi is in the bottom two. Jeanine is safe, which she can thank Travis Wall for. Kayla is safe, while Melissa is in the bottom two.

The boys go next. Jason is safe. Evan is also safe. Kupono is in the bottom two. Brandon is safe. Ade joins Kupono in the bottom two, a little surprising, but his partner definitely stole the show from him last night. Although Evan should have been in the bottom, he seems to have a following.

Having pulled the fewest votes for the girls, Randi Evans has been eliminated. Melissa survives for another week.

The boys are up next. Kupono’s been in the bottom, well, a lot, so I’m assuming this is the end of the line for him. It is. He joins his partner from last night in going home.

Stay tuned to dingoRUE for another live recap of So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 18, which airs Wednesday at 8/7c on Fox.

So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 16

Caitlin and Phillip were sent home in So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 15, which brings us down to the top 10.

Now that just 10 are left, the judges are leaving it in America’s hands, except for the fact that the judges’ comments will heavily influence public opinion. America will be voting for individuals, not couples. This week also represents the formation of new partnerships as the old ones are dissolved to be replaced by partnerships formed at the draw from a hat. Debbie Allen joins the judges’ table.

Top 5 Girls
Style: Bollywood
Choreographer: Nakul Dev Mahajan
Song: Dholna from Pyar Ke Geet soundtrack
Nigel: All five girls had everything.
Mary: Bollywow. Anyone could end up in the final based on that.
Debbie: All inhaled the style, culture, and dress. Best top 5 group of ladies ever.

Kayla Rodomski & Evan Kasprzak
Style: Viennese Waltz
Choreographers: Tony Meredith & Melanie Lapatin
Song: Kiss from a Rose by Seal
Nigel: Didn’t see the difference between that and a fast waltz. Danced well, although it could have been a nightmare.
Mary: Painful watching Evan’s turns and leg action. Not good enough. However, his lifts looked effortless, and he pulled off class and elegance. Kayla never disappoints. Taking it to anothe rlevel.
Debbie: You handled your big woman. Kayla’s beautiful and so powerful.

Janette Manrara & Ade Abayomi
Style: Hip Hop
Choreographers: Tabitha & Napoleon Dumo
Routine: The funkmaster has to hypnotize the girl into being funky.
Song: Love Sex Magic by Ciara featuring Justin Timberlake
Nigel: Both danced great. They’ve got the funk.
Mary: That was funky. Sure was a lot of fun. Well synchronized. Just right.
Debbie: Wore me out. Mesmerizing together.

Jeanine Mason & Jason Glover
Style: Contemporary
Choreographer: Travis Wall (first time choreographing)
Routine: Childhood friends hooking up
Song: If It Kills Me (The Casa Nova Sessions) by Jason Mraz
Nigel: Fabulous choreography bettered by the two people dancing it. Jeanine will carry a lot of hearts tonight. The first time she’s had a partner to keep up with her technically. Both stars tonight.
Mary: You two are stars. Don’t underestimate Jason’s strength and power. On a new level tonight. Jeanine has not missed a step and keeps growing.
Debbie: A magical pairing. It’s all been said.

Randi Evans & Kupono Aweau
Style: Paso Doble
Choreographers: Tony Meredith & Melanie Lapatin
Routine: He’s the matador, and she’s the cape.
Song: Dies Irae by Karl Jenkins
Nigel: Not sure the dancing was as good as the choreography. Kupono did not carry the strength needed. Little chemistry between the couple. Didn’t feel authentic.
Mary: Did not rise to the challenge. Didn’t believe the dancing, the chemistry, or Randi’s wig. Mediocre will not cut it.
Debbie: Needed more time, but you don’t have any more time.

Melissa Sandvig & Brandon Bryant
Style: Broadway
Choreographer: Tyce Diorio
Song: Aquarius from Hair by The New Broadway cast
Nigel: Loved the way Melissa’s ballet style was used, as well as Brandon’s gymnastics. Brought back so many memories from a time long ago forgotten.
Mary: Unbelievable. Stars of the show.
Debbie: So amazingly powerful, technical, yet different. Seemless together.

Top 5 Guys
Style: African
Choreographer: Jeffrey Page
Song: Balant Funk by Ayanda Clarke & Shawn Kelly
Nigel: One of the toughest routines ever. Nobody stood out like a sore thumb. All worked hard and did great.
Mary: So much energy and so exciting. Thoroughly entertained.
Debbie: So pure and so authentic. You can’t just get up and do this. You have to train.

Brandon: 1-888-TEMPO-01
Randi: 1-888-TEMPO-02
Kupono: 1-888-TEMPO-03
Melissa: 1-888-TEMPO-04
Evan: 1-888-TEMPO-05
Kayla: 1-888-TEMPO-06
Ade: 1-888-TEMPO-07
Jeanine: 1-888-TEMPO-08
Jason: 1-888-TEMPO-09
Janette: 1-888-TEMPO-10

So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 15

The top 12 danced in So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 14, and tonight two more will be sent home to reveal the top 10.

It’s Nigel’s 60th birthday. So this is why Simon Cowell wants to get off TV as he nears 50.

They thought they were going to put together a Michael Jackson tribute. Sorry, not allowed. Sony or the family? They don’t know.

Janette & Brandon are safe, which leaves Jason & Caitlin in the bottom three for the third time. Mary’s not particularly surprised.

Randi & Evan are safe, leaving Jeanine & Phillip in the bottom three. Expected after that somewhat creepy folk dancing. Nigel gives a lengthy explanation of the whole process of people being cut, and how the judges have already pretty much made up their minds. Why right after these two get bottom three and not at some other point?

Kayla & Kupono are safe, putting Melissa & Ade in the bottom three for the first time. Tyce felt Ade dropped the ball.

Caitlin, Jason, Jeanine, Phillip, Melissa, and Ade will now dance for their lives.

The judges are unanimous with the girls. They have picked the two girls they want to stay, and Caitlin is not one of them.

They are also unanimous with the boys. Phillip is unique in what he does, but his performance in other genres has been disappointing. Nigel’s earlier speech turns out to be foreshadowing, as Phillip has been cut.

Despite the fact they have been eliminated, Caitlin and Phillip will both be on the tour, alongside the So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 top 10.

Stay tuned to dingoRUE for another live recap of So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 16, which airs Wednesday at 8/7c on Fox.

So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 14

Karla and Vitolio were eliminated in So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 13, and tonight the top 12 will dance. Each couple will dance twice.

Tyce Diorio joins Nigel and Mary.

Melissa Sandvig & Ade Abayomi
Style: Disco
Choreographer: Doriana Sanchez
Song: Move on Up by Destination
Nigel: Incredible start to the evening. Really good strong couple.
Mary: The first time I’ve seen Ade just let it go. Melissa let it go, too.
Tyce: Friggin great.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-01

Kayla Rodomski & Kupono Aweau
Style: Contemporary
Choreographer: Mia Michaels
Routine: Addiction
Song: Gravity by Sara Bareilles
Nigel: Very powerful piece of choreography. Kayla’s dancing is superb but would like to see her more. Very strong and malevolent from Kupono.
Mary: Kupono was in character from the beginning, and Kayla’s flawless every week. Staying on the train.
Tyce: The best dancers are the best actors. It’s an experience.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-02

Caitlin Kinney & Jason Glover
Style: Fox Trot
Choreographers: Tony Meredith & Melanie Lapatin
Routine: American style fox trot with a jazzy twist with a macho man chases after the girl.
Song: Minnie the Moocher by Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
Nigel: Caitlin made everything look very easy. Jason’s footwork was very good. Huge improvement since earlier.
Mary: Jason looked cool and suave. Caitlin’s kicks are so beautiful and elegant, like she was floating.
Tyce: Could have glided more. Caitlin needed more in her eyes apparently, whatever that means.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-03

Phillip Chbeeb & Jeanine Mason
Style: Russian Folk Dancing
Choreographers: Youri Nelzine & Lilia Babenko
Song: Kalinka by Barynya
Nigel: We ask you to try anything and everything we throw at you. Just not sure we should have thrown that. Felt like two young kids doing steps. A little too folky. Not enough vodka.
Mary: Jeanine was believable. Phillip was really interesting. Not a difficult routine. At least you’ve got another routine to do later.
Tyce: Did very well at this dance, whatever it was.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-04

Randi Evans & Evan Kasprzak
Style: Hip Hop
Choreographers: Tabitha & Napoleon Dumo
Routine: A couple just found out they’re going to have a baby.
Song: Halo by Beyonce
Nigel: You to a hip hop feel, not urban, which was good.
Mary: Not a train wreck. Did a great job. Evan didn’t fall down tonight, surprisingly enough. Randi stands out once again.
Tyce: Good, but Evan needs to find more. Randi’s doing great.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-05

Janette Manrara & Brandon Bryant
Style: Argentine Tango
Choreographers: Miriam Larici & Leonardo Barrionuevo
Song: Libertango from the Forever Tango original Broadway cast album
Nigel: Standing ovation. Mary and Tyce join in. For a ballroom routine, as close to perfection on this stage ever.
Mary: The temperature sure is rising in here. Really outstanding. Brandon’s still not disappointing one ounce. Janette is just flawless. First class tickets on that train.
Tyce: Power couple with so much specifics and attention to detail. Like freshly squeezed orange juice. Or something.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-06

All the partnerships will be switched up next week, although Nigel is still stuck with Mary.

Melissa Sandvig & Ade Abayomi
Style: Waltz
Choreographer: Ron Montez
Song: A Natural Woman by Mary J Blige
Nigel: Very beautiful. Melissa had beautiful lines. Ade showed strength but lacked rise and fall in his feet.
Mary: Beautiful. Ade’s lifts were effortless, but his waltz moves lacked power. Melissa was flawless again.

Kayla Rodomski & Kupono Aweau
Style: Broadway
Choreographer: Joey Dowling
Routine: Love at first sight.
Song: The Dance at the Gym from the new Broadway cast of West Side Story
Nigel: Just danced. No feeling of true emotion.
Mary: Really good job. Well synchronized.
Tyce: Timeless choreography. Danced very well but did not dig in well enough.

Caitlin Kinney & Jason Glover
Style: Lyrical Jazz
Choreographer: Mandy Moore
Song: Show Me Heaven by Maria McKee
Nigel: Very good work. Technically danced very well, despite a lack of chemistry.
Mary: Quite a bit of chemistry but not magic. Really good but may not be memorable.
Tyce: Timing was good and in sync. However, it was played safe.

Phillip Chbeeb & Jeanine Mason
Style: Jive
Choreographers: Tony Meredith & Melanie Lepatin
Song: Stuff Like That There by Bette Midler
Nigel: This is the best Phillip’s been out of his own style. Jeanine is one of the best top 10 dancers.
Mary: Jeanine will be here next week because she was on fire. Surprised by how well Phillip did. Jeanine’s on the train into the top 10.
Tyce: Call 1-888-fanfriggintastic. Phillip makes up what he lacks in technique with performance. Jeanine is a star.

Randi Evans & Evan Kasprzak
Style: Samba
Choreographers: Pasha Kovalev & Anya Garnis
Song: Ritmo De Bom Bom by Jubaba
Nigel: Evan’s not a hot samba king but is very strong. Randi, however, is hot. Together, not hot enough.
Mary: Not hot, but there was a slow sizzle. Not really dynamic. Half way committed in certain spots. Randi is a hot tamale.
Tyce: Evan needed to act more like a lunatic, or at least that’s what I’m getting from this. Randi carried the piece.

Janette Manrara & Brandon Bryant
Style: Jazz
Choreographer: Wade Robson
Routine: Thieves.
Song: Ruby Blue by Roisin Murphy
Nigel: Nothing they can’t be given that they don’t do brilliantly. Janette’s keeping up with Brandon despite all his training and her background as a salsa dancer. If they don’t get the biggest vote of the night, it will be shocking.
Mary: The best for last. Stole everybody’s heart. Brandon is the champion. Janette delivers every week.
Tyce: So proud and privileged to be watching this.

Stay tuned to dingoRUE for another live recap of So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 15, which airs Thursday at 9/8c on Fox.

So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 13

The top 14 danced on So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 12, and tonight two more will go home.

Randi & Evan are safe. Karla & Vitolio are in the bottom three as usual.

Janette & Brandon are safe. Melissa & Ade are also safe. That leaves Kayla & Kupono in the bottom three. Mia is shocked because they gave the best performance last night, and it does not appear she will vote against either of them.

Caitlin & Jason are safe despite that creepy alien routine. Phillip & Jeanine are in the bottom three.

Karla, Vitolio, Kayla, Kupono, Phillip, and Jeanine will be dancing for their lives.

The judges are unanimous in their decision about the girls. Jeanine’s solo was the strongest of the evening, so she is safe. Kayla’s usually brilliant, but tonight she was not really dancing from the heart. Karla hasn’t quite captured the same star quality she had at the beginning, so she will be going home. She will remember that contemporary dance and all the friends she’s made.

The judges are again unanimous with the guys. Phillip is great at what he does, although tonight was a little desperate. He still has a lot of work to manage the other genres he does from week to week, but they’re going to give him the shot to keep doing that. Vitolio looks like a major star on stage but doesn’t really deliver anything apart from a great presence. Kupono’s solo was weak. Vitolio is joining his partner in going home. He will take with him the compliments from people how he inspires them.

Stay tuned to dingoRUE for another live recap of So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 14, which airs Wednesday at 8/7c on Fox.

So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 12

Asuka and Jonathan were eliminated on So You Think You Can Dance Season 5 Episode 11, and tonight the top 14 will dance.

Mia Michaels joins Nigel and Mary at the judges’ table. She says that her opinion has changed for the better for a small male dancer with the initials Brandon. Perhaps that means she’s done being hateful for no apparent reason.

Janette Manrara & Brandon Bryant
Style: Cha Cha
Choreographer: Jean Marc & France Genereaux
Song: Hush Hush; Hush Hush by The Pussycat Dolls
Nigel: Possibly the best damn cha cha I have ever seen on this show. Would have graced a world championship stage if this were a professional dance competition. Brandon is the Michaelangelo of the dance floor.
Mary: Janette made that look exciting. Can’t believe Brandon keeps being brilliant every week. Two first class tickets on the hot tamale train.
Mia: Brandon has so much ability and potential that I am not going to be satisfied until it’s fully realized. Janette has been on fire since day one.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-01

Kayla Rodomski & Kupono Aweau
Style: Contemporary
Choreographer: Sonya Tayeh
Theme: a trip to the dark side with a vampire
Song: Eyes on Fire by Blue Foundation
Nigel: Kupono is a new man up there this week. So much technique thrown into a very modern routine. Both of them are reaching their potential.
Mary: Alive and kicking. Kayla’s legs are the most beautiful. An electric feel between the two of them. Staying on the hot tamale train.
Mia: Sonya’s best piece ever on this show. Kayla is amazing. Kupono has applied every note the judges are giving him.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-02

Randi Evans & Evan Kasprzak
Style: Broadway
Choreographer: Joey Dowling
Song: Rich Man’s Frug from Sweet Charity by the 2005 Broadway Revival Cast
Nigel: Disappointed with Evan’s performance, but the pair of them are still within the top 10 dancers.
Mary: Done fairly well. Got the character really well. Enjoyable.
Mia: Need to take that kind of work to the next level because of your height. Randi’s movement was a little heavy. Expect more from Evan.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-03

Caitlin Kinney & Jason Glover
Style: Jazz
Choreographer: Brian Friedman
Theme: An alien that blew up Earth is looking for the last man on the planet.
Song: Creator by Santigold
Nigel: Brian Friedman comes from another planet. Very weird, but they committed themselves 100%.
Mary: Didn’t play to your strengths.
Mia: Danced the fun piece really well. Enjoyable.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-04

Jeanine Mason & Phillip Chbeeb
Style: Hip Hop
Choreographers: Napoleon & Tabitha Dumo
Song: Love Lockdown by Kanye West
Nigel: If you guys keep dancing like that, you should be chained together for life. Jeanine makes it look like every style is her style. This is a great style for Phillip.
Mary: Really brought it on. Jeanine was just crazy good in this routine keeping up with Phillip.
Mia: A little sloppy because of the chain, but great job otherwise.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-05

Melissa Sandvig & Ade Obayomi
Style: Classical Ballet
Choreographer: Thordal Christensen
Theme: Romeo and Juliet love scene
Song: Romeo & Juliet: Prokofiev’s Suite No. 1 Op. 64b 6th Movement by Orchestre De La Suisse Romane & Armin Jordan
Nigel: Beautifully danced. Superb job by Melissa. Ade’s feet could have been better.
Mary: Flawless chemistry. So great to see Melissa in her style. In a dream-like state.
Mia: Excited that was danced as well as it was danced. A fairy tale. Melissa was brilliant. A true ballerina.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-06

Before the final dance, they announce the Dizzy Feet Foundation, which is meant to give underprivileged kids scholarship for dance. The people involved in this show, including many of the choreographers, Jennifer Lopez, Miley Cyrus, Debbie Allen, Paula Abdul, and Katie Holmes are involved.

Karla Garcia & Vitolio Jeune
Style: Quick Step
Choreographers: Jean Marc & France Genereaux
Theme: A museum where Vitolio is a statue
Song: Puttin’ on the Ritz by Rufus Wainwright
Nigel: Very good quick step. Sometimes the lines took away from the style, but entertaining overall.
Mary: So much for the kiss of death dance. Really well done.
Mia: Amazing what a choreographer can do for dancers. He made you. Performed well. Vitolio needs to be more consistent with performances like that. Karla looked scared at times.
Number: 1-888-TEMPO-07
