Big Brother 18 Episode 11

There was a lot of drama and talk in Big Brother 18 Episode 10, but nothing really seemed to happen. That leaves Tiffany, Paul, and Bronte on the block.

The alliance of eight seems perfectly content to get rid of one of their own already as Frank wants, but Da’Vonne has been doing a lot of whining about him and wants to do something to take him down.

As hell bent as Da’Vonne seems to be for getting rid of Frank, it doesn’t seem to make much sense. Nobody would really care if Tiffany went home, whereas chaos would ensue if Bronte did. Of course, seeing as she went home second last time, it’s not as if anybody ever accused Da’Vonne of being good at the game. The girls (and James) are easy to convince, but Paulie doesn’t like the thought of keeping an emotional player who is related to last year’s mastermind around.

Frank talks to Nicole and tries to get a name out of her for next week. She’s not going to give him a name, but she tells him it’s obvious who he is thinking, the same person who wants to get rid of him. He proposes an alliance between himself, Nicole, and their two allies Bridgette and Corey.

Then he goes to Michelle to tell her about Da’Vonne, a conversation that immediately gets back to her. In the process, he throws Nicole under the bus by mentioning his conversation with her.

The problem is he is talking to too many people about too many people. Frank thinks he’s being smooth, but he is just making everybody not trust him.

The group conversation turns to how it will be good to vote out Bronte because that will make Frank frazzled and thus bad at competitions. Oh, now this is just stupid, and I hope there is not anybody seriously basing a decision on this logic.

Votes
Frank: Tiffany
Natalie: Tiffany
James: Tiffany
Michelle: Bronte
Nicole: Bronte
Zakiyah: Bronte
Corey: Bronte
Paulie: Tiffany
Da’Vonne: Bronte

By a vote of 5-4, Bronte has been evicted from the Big Brother house. Pretty much the least threatening choice of the lot. It does put Frank in a tough spot, but he had two chances to nominate Da’Vonne if he was going to start throwing her name out there but declined both of them.

The HOH competition requires them to answer a series of true/false questions based on pictures they studied the night before. Corey, James, Natalie, Zakiyah, and Paul are eliminated on the first question. This is going fast. Everybody gets the second question correct. Tiffany, Michelle, and Da’Vonne are eliminated on the third question. Frank and Nicole are eliminated next. Paulie wins HOH.

Here’s the bad news for those who just tried to blow up Frank’s game. He didn’t win, but because it is a team game, Paulie’s team is safe, which means that Frank, Michelle, and Bridgette cannot be nominated. I wasn’t sure what to make of a Paulie win otherwise because he’s somewhere in the middle, but his options don’t exactly favor the tattered Eight Pack.
