The final four contestants performed one last time in America’s Got Talent Season 6 Episode 31. Tonight one of them will be crowned the America’s Got Talent Season 6 winner. But first two hours of filler.
Most of tonight’s acts are falling flat for me, but LeAnn Rimes with Silhouettes is very good. This could easily be in their act.
With 90 minutes gone, the finalists gather on stage for the first result, which is already obvious. The act finishing in fourth place is Poplyfe.
In third place is Team iLuminate. I join Sharon as she struggles to pick her jaw off the ground, but perhaps they split their vote with the other dance act, which may not bode well for Silhouettes (who had half their act, judging, and phone number cut off to DVR viewers).
I expected this to come down to the two dance groups, but alas the final two are Silhouettes and Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr. Following America’s vote, the America’s Got Talent Season 6 winner is Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr. C’mon, America. Another singer, especially when the dance talent was so good? I’m almost better off watching American Idol, even with its horrendous judging panel.
Following its continued ratings success, America’s Got Talent has been renewed for season 7.
