“Capitol Offense” - The NCIS team becomes entangled in the world of Washington politics when a distinguished Senator turns to Gibbs for help in solving the murder of a young, female Naval officer on NCIS, Tuesday, Oct. 7 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
